Perfect for google voice, music and more..

Turtle Beach Audio Advantage Amigo II USB Interface Sound Card & Headset Adapter
Turtle Beach Audio Advantage Amigo II USB Interface Sound Card & Headset Adapter

Pros: Doesn't need drivers. Plug it in and go! Small and discrete/portable. Works well as a default communication device alongside other sound devices already installed as default audio device. So it only activates when you make or receive a call!

Cons: None at all.

Overall Review: Device works great for many different setups. Can even help older systems use less resources or bypass flaky noisy/fuzzy onboard audio. I bought this for my girlfriend since her laptop speaker output became to worn to work properly. Plugged this into the USB, plugged in the speakers and boom.. we could hear music again! Great product for replacing broken audio or using with voice headsets or headphones.

Rosewill RNX-N180UBEv3 - Wireless High Gain N300 Wi-Fi Adapter - IEEE 802.11b/g/n, (2T2R), Up to 300 Mbps Data Rates, USB 2.0 Cradle, 5 dBi High Power Antenna

Pros: Short Adapter for less weight/tension on the USB plug.

Cons: -Bad drivers? -Poor connecton no matter how, where or how the adapter is located in proximity to the wireless signal.

Overall Review: I am using a Netgear WNA1000 that works pretty well, I thought this adapter would offer me a better connection to Public WIFI spots very close to me. With the Netgear I can get consistent speeds up to 500m.. The rosewill cannot break 1m although it does pick up more broadcasted networks and with a better signal.. but it always says in the Router that its connected @ 1MB and I get frequent drops, low speeds, high pings and if its moved just a smidge the connection drops entirely. Using Windows 7 x64.. updated to newest drivers from RW yet nothing. On another Machine running X86 it is even worse. Not thrilled with it.

Why would it work? How could it?

Insten 675819 5 ft. Black 1 x VGA HDDB15 15-pin 1 x HDMI 3 x RCA HDMI to VGA / 3 RCA Cable

Pros: Listen up, a single cable is not going to send a digital signal from an hdmi output through the line and magically come out the other side as analog.

Cons: These cables do not have a DAC

Very nice laptop

SAMSUNG Laptop Series 3 AMD A6-3420M 4GB Memory 320GB HDD AMD Radeon HD 6520G 15.6" Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit NP305E5A-A07US

Pros: Fast. HDMI. Bluetooth. LED 720P display. Audio is decent.

Cons: Shared Video memory locked at 512MB.

Overall Review: Great machine for the price, very swift too.

Outstanding build quality, fast and beautiful.

Acer Aspire AS5560-63406G32Mnrr 15.6" LED Notebook - AMD A-Series A6-3400M 1.40 GHz

Pros: The LED display is gorgeous. The build quality of the screen, outer casing and keyboard is impressive. Very solid and sturdy feel. Lightweight, enough. Fast, quad core with ample cache, 6GB DDR3 and a pretty decent graphics processor giving options for external displays via D-SUB AND Hdmi.. sweet! Truly, the display on this laptop is marvelous, it is absolutely gorgeous.. compared to another laptop with similar specs, this one takes the cake. Dolby Virtual Surround, decent, room filling basic audio, better than other laptops, but obviously lacks bass, presence and emotion inducing SPL levels.. The sound is superb through my receiver, or headphones. Decent, not great battery life, I squeezed 2 hours whilst full brightness and downloading (writing files to the spinning hdd, an ssd could save more power) files at 1.2Mbps the entire time. @ 45 mins left I decreased the brightness to 20% and the time remaining before standby went to 1h15m and lasted 1h2m til stanby warnings arrived. Again, outstanding build quality, an amazing display, not only the display but the quality of the construction is nice.

Cons: No usb 3.0, doesn't effect me. No Esata, nice to have but again didn't matter to me..and would only use occasionally. No Bluetooth, didn't matter to me either... No egg taken because 2nd day shipping was a waste of money since it didn't ship out til over 24 afters after ordering it. if it arrived a day earlier it would have a perfect score. Sometimes that happens. Newegg is still awesome and my #1 choice for shopping online.

Overall Review: The laptop is wider than similar spec'd machines, great key spacing, flat semi-chicklet style yet comfortable keyboard, wide touch pad, minimal bloatware installed, great looking and perfect size, weight and speed for many types of scenarios, buy it if you can't find a better deal... it only lacks a few newer features as listed above but otherwise this is a good buy.

The cost of this display reflects minimal sacrifice in quality. A+ @ $130

Acer 21.5" 60 Hz TN LCD Monitor 5 ms 1920 x 1080 D-Sub, DVI G6 Series G226HQLBbd (UM.WG6AA.B01)
Acer 21.5" 60 Hz TN LCD Monitor 5 ms 1920 x 1080 D-Sub, DVI G6 Series G226HQLBbd (UM.WG6AA.B01)

Pros: Inexspensive. 1920x1080 Resolution = Mork workspace, more windows on the screen in high definition. Outstanding "picture quality" ie colors, contrast and clarity. Thin, lightweight, 21.5" is staying below overkill for the non-gaming crowd yet still large enough to not crave more. Power brick and small power plug, no bulky PC power supply cords. Last but not least, LED! Save energy + save your eyes!

Cons: None of the cons that I notice does not warrant dropping any eggs off my rating. For the $ this is () () () () () The following list could be considered acceptable due to the low price.. this monitor is a great bang for buck bargain. But here are a few cons.. No Vesa mount. I would have bought 2 if it did. Overly bright blue LED flashes when the monitor is in standby. No chance at easily fabricating your own design to wall mount due to the D-Sub + DVI being horizontal. Base is kind of wobbly, not too bad truly, it still leaves me feeling confident it will not easily crack or break over time. Last con is very minor but no HDMI, which doesnt matter much anyway because a DVI()HDMI adapter is as perfect since no audio is involved at all it just adds a bit to the bulkiness of the input.

Overall Review: $119 is what I paid, it's no listed for $10 more and I would not hesitate to pay $129 for a monitor that looks this great, the colors are accurate, the screen is soft on the eyes, the resolution/21.5" display is sufficient for multitasking. I've owned dozens of LCD's from 15" to 24" and 1024x768 up to 1920x1200 but this is the first LED monitor I've had besides the one on my brand new laptop, which isn't as good as this one.. but this Acer LED monitor seems to be my new favorite even though it lacks a few features found on slightly more expensive monitors. I love the way the display looks, it's easy on my aging, lense corrected eyes and for the price and neweggs prompt shipping -which is FREE- you cannot go wrong for $130 USD. I've spent thousands over the years on newegg and this is probably the only time I didn't experience buyers remorse because this is a deal for someone that just needs an awesome monitor for using a computer.
