Updated Review!
Pros: Phenom 2 X4 955 (3.2 ghz) Easily overclocked to 3.89 ghz on air. Gigabite motherboard with an excellent bios. Large hard drive. Get it while it's on sale! with upgrades I can finaly get 100 fps in all games in my desired resolution 1024x768 100hz refresh rate.
Cons: The tittle of the system is misleading (gamer power) comes with a gt520 which certainly isn't a gaming video card. look at nvidia's own performance charts to see how low this new bottom of the line card ranks even compared to 3-4 year old vid cards. To upgrade the video card you'll also need to upgrade the power supply. mid tower case barely fits the upgrades.
Overall Review: I upgraded the gpu to a GTX 560 TI from Palit because it's the most powerful card that can actually fit into this machine. Palit has it's own design and the card is only about 7 inches long. all other gtx 560's are about 9-10 inches. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814261100 This card requires 2 x 6pin connectors so I upgraded the psu to a modular 700w. You'll want a modular psu because of space restrictions. I got this one and it fit nicely. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817121077 I did have to leave the side panel off because I didn't want to bend the pci power cables. The gpu is defenitely a beast, this machine cannot push it far enough. Overclocking is as easy and setting the fsb to 205mhz and the multiplier x19. cpu temp maxes at about 52c on air( well below the 62c max) I did run it at 4ghz but after a while the mcp would reach 62c during gaming and the games would crash. I'm happy, however I'm building my next compute
it's not windows anymore!
Pros: None for the end user. the pros are all for Microsoft since they try to have a more closed system like Apple.
Cons: Everything is wrong with this.
Overall Review: Stick to windows 7
Awesome headset and cheap
Pros: Everything is great with these headsets. Great highs, mid and lows. Loud volume. never had issues with them in in over 6 years. this is my third pair and only because I've broken them.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: after my daughter broke my second pair i was looking to upgrade to one of those fancy headsets and i bought the Logitech g430 and Razer Kraken pro which are both twice the money, however i had to return both of those since they had inferior sound and features.
Great mouse.
Pros: Does what you need it to do.
Cons: Mice have programmed obsolence. After a while logitech mice are programmed to stop functioning. I know this because i've always (15+ years) owned logitech mice and I've seen 3 logitech mice fail at the same time with the same problem. as a matter of fact they've all failed with the same problem. The tracking speed becomes limited which only really hinders gaming performance.
Awesome and good looking.
Pros: Everything you can want in a psu.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: will never go back to a non-modular psu.
Awesome! Unique small design!
Pros: Awesome power. It's the smallest GTX560ti you can get. only about 7 inches long. great for people with space restrictions.
Cons: My computer can't push it hard enough, and i have a phenom 2 x4 955 at oc'd at 3.89 ghz. The hardest I've seen it work is at 60%
Overall Review: This one is going into my next build in sli for sure.
