Pros: For the average user, this laptop will exceed expectations. My initial purchase had to be returned (4 eggs instead of 5). Atlanta Electronics was EXCELLENT through this process. A little over a week later I had a clean laptop in great condition. I removed windows 7 and installed windows 8.1 ... something I would recommend if you are comfortable with this.

Cons: The first laptop had overheating issues. Unfortunately this is the chance you take when ordering refurbished. I had a great experience getting in replaced. I WOULD order from Atlanta Electronics again!

Overall Review: This laptop is clean and in excellent condition. It is my first purchase of a refurbished computer. I was hesitant, however I have no regrets. I would do it again through Atlanta Electronics.

I bought a refurbished laptop from this seller. I was not satisfied with the performance of the hardware and asked for an equivalent replacement. The seller was completely professional. After a couple attempts to resolve the issue, I was able to return the laptop and had a replacement in a week. I would do business with Atlanta Electronics again.
