This review is from: MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) AM3+ AMD 760G SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Pros: Price, form factor, and RAID.
Cons: I have really 2 issues with this board. One there is no documentation that talks about the RAID in the manual. I was able to figure it out and it does work I just would have loved to see some documentation about it. The second is the CPU fan. I have updated the BIOS and no matter what I do in the settings the CPU fan is on full blast which makes it real loud.
Other Thoughts: I ordered this board as I was looking for something that would work with an Athlon II x4, would do a RAID 1 at 6GB/s, and also fit into an old HP case and this was able to do all of that.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Rosewill RV350 350W ATX 1.3 Power Supply
Pros: The power supply is rather heavy. The price is would I would expect for the quality.
Cons: I bought 4 and 3 worked and the other was DOA. There is no adapter for 24 pin boards so it will work with old motherboards. It only has 2 SATA power molex connectors (there should at least be more than 2).
Other Thoughts: Normally I have good results with Rosewill products. They are one of the best companies that honor the warranty. I however will not be purchasing any of these powers supplies do to the fact of the 20 pin connector and only 2 SATA power molex connections. These just seem to be a poor design. If you can add a 24 pin adapter and give me 2 more sata cables then I think it might work.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Diablotek DA Series PSDA400 400W ATX12V Power Supply
Pros: The quality seems to be better than most inexpensive power supplies that I have used in the past. Quiet for the most part.
Cons: I have had about a dozen of these and have only had a problem with 2 of them. One sparked when I turned it on for the first time. One I was able to get it warrantied through newegg as it was within the 30 days. The other I am trying to get it warrantied through the manufacture. I have tried to submit the rma request online and have never gotten any response (3 weeks of waiting). I am currently on the phone trying to talk to someone and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. The first time I called I got hung up on at 12 minutes of waiting on hold. This time I got hung up on at the 9 minute mark.
Other Thoughts: What good is a warranty if you can't actually get a hold of anyone that will honor it. I will not be buying any more from this manufacture. I went to the facebook page for the company and it looks like I am not alone. I would suggest you read those comments before you make a decision on weather to purchase a DiabloTek product.READ FULL REVIEW
