Pros: Great software. I am coming back to turbo tax after using H&R software. Turbo tax is better and easier to use.

Cons: None other than costs

Overall Review: To the other reviewer that is angry about TT not including state filing with this they have other version of the software that do but this one doesn't include the state filing. For states like Florida, Alaska, Nevada, South Dekota, Texas, Washingtion, and Wyoming it makes since to have one without.

Pros: The quality seems to be better than most inexpensive power supplies that I have used in the past. Quiet for the most part.

Cons: I have had about a dozen of these and have only had a problem with 2 of them. One sparked when I turned it on for the first time. One I was able to get it warrantied through newegg as it was within the 30 days. The other I am trying to get it warrantied through the manufacture. I have tried to submit the rma request online and have never gotten any response (3 weeks of waiting). I am currently on the phone trying to talk to someone and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. The first time I called I got hung up on at 12 minutes of waiting on hold. This time I got hung up on at the 9 minute mark.

Overall Review: What good is a warranty if you can't actually get a hold of anyone that will honor it. I will not be buying any more from this manufacture. I went to the facebook page for the company and it looks like I am not alone. I would suggest you read those comments before you make a decision on weather to purchase a DiabloTek product.

Pros: For what you get it's a pretty nice refurbished computer.

Cons: Be cautious of this seller as it took me no lie 3 weeks to get the computer. Very slow in shipping but they are pretty quick at responding to phone calls. Still took me 3 weeks to get it. The computer has just some vinyl stickers on it to cover up any scratches. It is not that big of a deal but to me, a class-A refurb has no stickers on it. It does clean up nicely with the stickers.

Overall Review: Great computer but I am reluctant to purchase it from this seller.

Pros: Cheap case. I purchased with the intention of putting my Unraid server in as it had several bays to put the HDD in. Wish I could have used it.

Cons: It arrived dented. I got an RMA and was able to send it back but when they got the case they said that they had no more in stock so they were refunding me. I went to the website and they did on the site. I ended up going with a completely different brand and supplier because of it.

Overall Review: It is a cheap case with plenty of HDD bays. If you can get one that doesn't come dented then it is worth a shot.

Pros: Computer is pretty fast for what you get.

Cons: It only came with a power cable no mouse/keyboard.

Overall Review: I know I am getting a refurbished computer but shouldn't it come with a mouse and keyboard?

Pros: Very fast computer for the price. Asus normally puts together a decent computer and you don't have to worry about quality.

Cons: It says in the specification that there are 4 usb 2.0 ports on the back but there are only 3. Only 2 USB 3.0 and on the front none on the back. You can always put in a USB card in the only PCI-E port.

Overall Review: There are only 5 USB ports in total on this computer. There are no USB 3.0 on the back which is not terrible but it is something to note if you are looking at this computer (odd as most come with at least 2 on the back). Asus also splits the HDD into 2 partitions and I guess wants you to put all your data on the DATA partition. I personally don't like that and want everything to be on one partition so make sure that you change it by going into the computer manager and deleting the partition and expanding the C drive.

I would not recommend this seller. I ordered 1 laptop and 3 desktops from them. The laptop I ordered was not in stock. They were nice enough to call me and say they could upgrade the laptop to something higher for no extra charge. I got the next model up. It came in and there is a big crack in the corner of the clamshell of the laptop. They covered it with a vinyl sticker. The OS would blue screen upon boot. I was able to reinstall the OS and it seemed to work afterward. I tried calling to let them know about it and it went to voicemail. I left my name and I am waiting to hear back from them. I am still waiting on the desktops. After a week of waiting on the desktops, I checked the tracking number and it said that the label was created and they were waiting for pick up. I called them about the desktops and they said they would have to cancel the order and ship out another the next day. It is now 2 business days later and I still don't have a tracking number and I have no idea where we are at with the order. I contacted support and I got a voicemail. I will not be using this company again due to the issues I have had.

I never received my Samsung SSD Pro. It was delivered to another town. I will not by from these guys again. But Newegg was nice enough to help me with a refund (which is why I use newegg). I recommend that you buy from your product from somewhere else.
