Does this case feature screwless mounting for the hard drives?

Yes it has a plastic quick release for all the drives including cd/dvd drives. I still prefer to use screws however, since I feel more comfortable with a piece of metal holding a drive instead of plastic.

Can it fit a 12" x 9" motherboard like the ASUS AM4 TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-Fi) ATX Motherboard?

I have an MSI X570 Gaming Plus in my case, and that's 12" x 9.6".  You have to watch with your CPU choice.  This is not a high air flow case.  I have a 120mm fan in the front, and a120 mm + 80mm on the side panel as far as intake goes. Cable management is fair.  Putting a big CPU and graphics card in may be a mistake.

Do the rear expansion slots remove and replace easily? Or are they the type that must be broken free of the case, and no way to put them back properly?

Yes they are each held in with a standard Phillips screw. Just remove the screw and then put in your hardware, if you remove said piece of hardware then just reinsert the metal slot and replace the screw. :)

Where can I mount a 120mm liquid cooled fan on this? I don't want it on the back because of the heat coming out of the power supply.

I own the case, and I also use liquid cooled radiator and fan.  I mount the radiator and fan on the inside of the case below the power supply.  I put threaded screws from the outside of the case into the radiator which is inside the case, then I mount the fan to the radiator with threaded screws.

The radiator is sandwiched between the back case wall and the fan.

Works very well for me, I have never had it block access to anything on the motherboard.  And it does a great good cooling.
