Pros: Received replacement enclosure thru the RMA process - the new one worked as the 1st one should have.

Cons: Sabrent needs better quality control.

Pros: - Price & quality of images - interface for viewing multiple cameras both in-network and remotely

Cons: - neither camera will connect to the wireless network (which oddly requires a wired connection during setup & then disconnecting & a reboot after setup - the camera sees the network during setup but won't connect wirelessly) When I contacted tech support and told them that I had followed the directions in the manual for both automatic and manual configuration and neither worked they sent a reply which was only the same instructions in the manual - useless! The cameras I have from other companies - both Linksys & Airlink - connect easily without requiring a wired connection; as do all other wireless devices I have purchased in the past. - One camera suddenly stopped sending the snapshots; I hear it click when triggered by motion, but the pictures never arrive; checked settings & they're still correct.

Overall Review: Would not recommend purchase & I would never buy this camera again.

Pros: compact size, easy to install drives

Cons: Did not work. The light was on & drives spun up, but it was not recognized on any of the 3 PCs - 1 Windows 7 & 2 Windows XP - I tried (with 2 different drives). The error messages was always "USB Device Not Recognized" further stating that the USB device has malfunctioned. With two other (non-Sabrent) enclosures, both drives were accessible with all 3 PCs.
