Pros: Speeds were alright while it lasted.

Cons: The drive didn't last two days. I lost alot of important files as a result of this, and I'm furious. I have alot of sensitive files on that drive, and I feel unconfortable sending it in for an RMA. Just ridiculous. I will never buy another Seagate product again. I don't know what happened, but they used to have quality behind their products.

Overall Review: Just useless.

Pros: I am unable to think of any. It does not have the ability to be used as an accurate frisbee, and would make a horrible paperweight.

Cons: -randomly restarts, crashes, and freezes continuously, and without errors. -test results aim toward the defective motherboard as the result of the problem. -Asus, Customer Service, tasked with Customer Satisfaction, informs me that the RMA would likely be denied, as the warranty does not allow for ''customer resulted defects''; I attempted to explain how this isn't my fault, but rather it is the result of shipping a defective product, that it is something all companies do time to time, and that I merely ask for a replacement. tells me that I should just purchase another motherboard, and ''stop blaming Asus for my problems''. ''there is no way to prove that the Asus's product is responsible for the crashing, it is likely user related.'' "Asus can not be held responsible for defective products as a result of user misconfiguration." even though configurations are all set to automatic. She then has the audacity to mock my accent, tells me to "shut up", and repeats the same line of words, straight from the book, of how they aren't responsible, and how my warranty, isn't really a warranty. After years of buying from Asus, I will never again purchase a Asus product. The customer-service is absolutely horrible, lie to you, mock you, and place the blame on the customer, instead of simply allowing me to return the product, in exchange for a replacement. I have never been this frustrated with a call to Asus. Asus, somewhere down the line, lost the quality they used to hold dear. It had been a few years since I had last called Asus with a problem; I was expecting professionalism, not this.. no this.

Overall Review: Wish Asus would adhere to the professionalism and quality that the founders of the company had, a set of goals, for which was the base for operating the company.
