Pros: I bought two of this to build my vsphere home lab, the four nics were recognized by the ESXi installer (one of my main concerns). Everything works fine, the integration with esx is so good to the point that from the vCenter I can see temperatures, fan speeds, and any health ad hardware info related to the system.

Cons: Serial port on one of the boards was a little bent, not sure how this happened, I had to pull it out a little bit to align it with the rest of the ports. To avoid misunderstandings i would recommend to the maker to seal the boxes, that way one can have peace of mind that the product is fully new.
