Pros: I have used ASRock mobo in the past. Excellent boards.(( in the past )) Can someone advise?

Cons: RMA'd this board- Newegg returned board back to me. They said CPU pins damaged. I am very unhappy - this board has cost me weel over 120.00 with shipping costs, etc. and is useless. I have been building systems over 15 years - this is a first.

Overall Review: I need help on resolving this issue - maybe ASrock can aid me in what I should do... Very unhappy with ASRock and Newegg.
