Pros: lighter than expected for a laptop with this kind of power, good power usage when hibernated.

Cons: Dealing with CyberPower PC Faulty motherboard/power supply, sent in for service and I receive the laptop back with a drained battery and a note saying there was nothing wrong with the laptop. Take a video of the laptop refusing to power on and then randomly powering off - They have me send it back... I wait 19 days before calling in and being told there was a faulty mother board and they had to send it to the manufacturer (?) and that I should call back at the end of the week. I wait until the following week to call and hear that they have no eta on when I'll have it back. 59 days start to finish and still no resolution.

Overall Review: If you desperately want to purchase from cyberpower pc make room for one of their desktops, otherwise purchase from a company with better service.

Pros: Nice computer, runs well, functions on battery as well as I had hoped.

Cons: Worst refurbish service I have seen in a long time. External product was great, but the first one I sent back had parts rattling around in the chassis, second one had a complete lack of functionality in the right speaker and when calling asus customer service was told that it was most likely a driver issue.
