Pros: I had trouble redeeming a free game code for a graphics card that I purchased. I communicated with the graphics card manufacturer and they advised me to contact point of purchase, which is Newegg. I called and spoke with a representative and explained how I was unable to redeem my free game code with facts, not emotions. The representative listened carefully and provided me with a new game code. Thank you very much Newegg.

Cons: When first attempting to activate code, Geforce website stated that code was invalid or already redeemed. Contacted Nvidia, explained the situation and they advised me to call point of purchase which is Newegg

Pros: None, tried 2 different units and both were DOA

Cons: The unit never turned on.

Overall Review: Ordered first unit with a bulk order of other computer items. The first unit was DOA, so I requested RMA for a replacement. 2nd unit was DOA as well. Returned the 2nd unit today for a refund. Corsair power supplies unreliable, going back to Antec.

Pros: Two different frequency bandwidths, guest network, router password recovery, DMZ, MAC address filtering, channel selection, wireless technology type selection.

Cons: It appears to me that wireless router manufacturers always choose 15Mbps downstream and 1Mbps upstream for default settings. Maybe the router matches my ISP default settings but I did change the down and upstreams to 300Mbps for LAN transfers.

Overall Review: I built a 2 inch stand from an old wooden chair to place my router on so that heat from the bottom of the router can escape. The cooler computers and components are, the more efficient they will run. Do not run them too cold meaning below 50 degrees F.

Pros: The RAM speed exceeded expectations. Motherboard recognized RAM without any conflicts. Dell Dimension 2400 is approximately 5 times faster than with previous 2 sticks of 256 MB, not sure speed of replaced RAM.
