Pros: I really like this monitor but the one that I received was defective. It has stuck red pixels and broken buttons. These problems came up after I had the monitor for a while so I had to RMA via ASUS. I'm very happy that they said they will replace the monitor and cross ship it.

The monitor itself is very nice where it isn't broken. The matte coating is very subtle, I can see it makes the screen a tiny bit grainy but much less so than my old matte monitor. It is not as glossy as a glossy monitor but it isn't as matte as a matte monitor. It is matte enough to prevent glare entirely though.

The resolution is very high and I'm really loving that aspect of the monitor. The colors seem to be vibrant as well, I wasn't as blown away by the colors as I hoped to be but they're better than my old monitor.

Cons: The RMA process is a nightmare. I can't say anything bad about any of the people I've interacted with because they've all been very friendly. I can say that the RMA process seems like it was engineered to make it so people give up. I've had to send dozens of E-mails to three different people, I had to switch to internet explorer to be able to fill out one of their forms, I had to call their offices and talk with people, I had to wait for E-mails with forms that never came. Now that I finally received the RMA forms I need to fill them out and ship them to Asus, for some reason they didn't put these forms on the internet. The kicker right now is that the form has a mandatory field for one of the labels on the monitor and it is only written in Chinese on the monitor! I don't understand why the monitor has the label in English and then the actual information after the label is in Chinese. I guess I need to try to copy it the best I can.

Other Thoughts: If I actually end up getting a cross shipped replacement monitor with working buttons and no dead pixels I will be really happy with this monitor. I can't stand the ASUS RMA process thought, it has gotten to the point where it is nothing short of comical.

Pros: This mouse is fantastic! My hand fits it perfectly. It glides across my mouse pad. It has a lot of buttons and the shift button is really cool. I also like the light effects. I am very impressed with this mouse.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: I left two reviews on this motherboard already. The first review was that it was dead on arrival. I got an RMA after being delayed for a week. The new motherboard worked but had many broken features, it wasn't DOA but it was clearly defective. An AsRock representative replied to me saying to get in touch with their technical support. I placed a support ticket and was ignored. I never heard back from them. I got a confirmation that they got my ticket and never heard from them again. This experience has put me off AsRock for life. I will never buy anything from them again. If my friends ask me about motherboards I will never suggest AsRock. If I ever discuss motherboards I will always say AsRock is horrible.

Other Thoughts: Bad products and bad support.
