TaoTronics TT-SL007 Waterproof RGB LED Strip Light Kit (16.4ft, 300 LEDs, Color Changing RGB SMD 5050, Dimmable, Including a 44-key Remote Control & 60w Power Supply)
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: Tons of options on the remote
Lights are bright
Easy to hookup

Cons: Needed to use other fastening methods because the glue on the strips weakens and pulls apart when the lights get hot. After about a month of normal use, 1/3 of one of the strands randomly turns green when the rest of the strip is white. This is corrected by turning up the brightness from the remote. It's not worth taking them down and sending them back, so I'll live with it. Because of this, they lose an egg.

EnGenius EOC-5610 802.11a/g Outdoor High Power 600mW Bridge/Access Point with Dual Antennas
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: None

Cons: Windows XP and older support.

Other Thoughts: Don't even bother with this unit if you're running anything newer than XP. There is absolutely no support or guides to lead you to enable this device on a network.

ESET NOD32 Antivirus 5 - 3 PCs
  • neweggOwned For: more than 1 year

1 out of 5 eggs Terrible 07/11/2013

This review is from: ESET NOD32 Antivirus 5 - 3 PCs

Pros: Typical average anti-virus protection

Cons: Stops the minors, but not the big dog viruses like that FBI scam that freezes your PC and tries to get money from you.

Other Thoughts: Allowed a registry change to my PC while fully active and updated. The virus disabled ESET and wouldn't allow me to reinstall. After calling tech support, they told me they could fix it for $129. Seriously? Your software fails at stopping the threat and then you try to charge me to fix it?? Isn't this why we have anti-virus protection in the first place? This isn't the first threat that ESET has let through either. It's just been the toughest one for me to fix on my own without having to download a removal tool from their competitors.
