Cons: Where do I start? I have to powercycle it at the same time as the router(RT-AC5300) or I get nothing! It takes several powercycling to get IPV6, sometimes 45 minutes of this procedure. Unexplained latency but that may be Comcast. Stay away from this modem.

Pros: Fast, fast, fast and it's also FAST! WOW Quad core INTEL Processor? This is faster than most of my customer's PCs. Exquisite design inside and out. Great battery life too. ASUS reliability and Quality. ASUS update support. PRICE is fantastic! Have mine using a Net10 SIM and its' a very cost effective solution to ANYTHING out there. Best part is you OWN your phone outright. No contracts No $1,500 final price from ATT and so on. Also has Fast Storage, apps install in 1 second! It's Wireless 802.11ac! I also happen to have an ASUS RT-AC3200 router and boy they work fast together. Buy it!!

Cons: No cons for the phone itself...But: If only this came with Windows OS!! Windows Phone OS is the fastest, most reliable OS out there and WinP10 will make all other platforms look stupid. I'm no fan boy but i'm am an Insider Preview participant. The ability to run apps from google Play and Apple store makes WinP10 a no-brainer so why not make a Windows version ASUS?

Overall Review: The ASUS commercial seemed to be all hype, until I actually got the phone in my hand - Its' for real.

Pros: All the features and more one would want in an Office or Home. Performance is outstanding and the range too. A must for Families who have teenage sons, and the, ahemm, 'gentlemen sites they visit.'

Cons: IPV6 is a problem with this and ASUS you need to fix it. My lower cost 66u performed symmetrical with IPV6 & IPV4, this monster cuts the Download on IPV6 by 1/2. I get 125MbPS Down with IPV4 and only 65MbPS with IPV6??????? Time restrictions (Parental functions) are not consistent. It's set to cut off WWW at 11PM every night on 1 specific machine and yet it chooses when to work? For the price, I WANT IT ALL TO WORK!

Overall Review: I have faith in ASUS thus far, lets see if they fix the problems soon.
