What?! MS Gaming Keyboard that works well?!
Pros: Surprisingly great for my needs! Quiet, works 100% adjustable backlight brightness. Paint on the keys actually lasts! 6 months of heavy gaming and not 1 worn spot or chipped paint!
Cons: The macro buttons on the side throw me off when trying to hit "ESC" sometimes, if i am in a hurry.
Overall Review: I was skeptical of a MS "gaming keyboard" since i dislike most other MS hardware out there. But i was using a low profile Logitech backlit before this. It is a little bit louder, but the light up keys are solid, ZERO paint has rubbed off after 6 months of gaming.
Decent, they work.
Pros: -Small -Good sound level -No drivers needed
Cons: Not sure if anyone else has the issue, but one of the speakers has a rattle to it when the volume is above 50%. There is nothing that is shaking around, just sounds like a piece of the speaker cone is hitting a wire or some loose thin metal. Its not noticeable after a while.
Overall Review: Cheap, works, could be better
Great case, fits tall GTX 1070!
Pros: -Small -Great airflow for the size -Sturdy -Fits normal ATX power supply -Fits 120mm closed loop water cooling -Fits MSI GTX 1070 Gamer X
Cons: -Plastic feet with no rubber option -Hard drive placement on the bottom and side are a little too tight for a gaming setup. (Ended up mounting a quad SSD adapter in the ODD area.) -Optional thin 80mm fan was too loud and didnt push much air.
Overall Review: Love this case, best for the money in my opinion. Wish there was a rubber feet option as it slides around my desk easily. Hard drive placement is a little wonky with a water cooler and big video card, i had a GTX 970 in before and it still wasnt the best. The thin 80mm fan on the side did nothing but make a lot of extra noise.
Great deal!
Pros: I was skeptical, but had a customer on a tony budget. I was surprised how clean it was inside and out. -Clean -Great specs -Easy Windows install and registration -Monitor is very nice
Cons: Still gets 5 eggs because they had to go cheap in some places for the price to be this low. -Keyboard and mouse are VERY cheaply made, but they work 100%
Overall Review: If you have someone that needs a very cut and dry, but fast, machine. This is the one to go for! I had a spare Displayport cord around, and it did make the monitor put out a better image. The Windows image installs quickly (5-10 min) and you're in windows. There are no added features (such as games and other programs. I added Avast Free and had windows install the addition features to get the games and a few other services on it.
Great Budget Gaming Laptop
Pros: -Very thin -EXCELLENT Battery Life (5-6 hrs) -Fast -Good FPS in Wow, LoL, and Smite -Good USB placement -Solid keyboard frame
Cons: -Recommended 8GB RAM for solid gaming -Top of the lid shell is a little flimsy, scared i might put a little too much pressure and break the screen while carrying it. -battery and hard drive Slightly annoying to get to
Overall Review: First thing you must know, This is a MACBOOK design clone. I see a lot of people complaining about this. The bottom panel is a 1 piece design (Besides the memory door). The battery and hard drive are under the plate. It is VERY easy to take off, its not clipped in, you just remove the screws and it lifts right off. I replaced the RAM with 8GB for a little more performance in gaming, Windows 8 is running solid, and i also put a SSD in as a replacement because i travel a lot and like less moving parts. I have played some mid level games on this with max settings and get max frames. It gets a little warm so i have a basic Zalman cooler on it for when i do game. Without gaming I can easily get 5-6 hours of wireless internet browsing and MS Office use, with 75% screen brightness. OVERALL i love this, it was perfect for the price.
Does the job
Pros: -fits okay in my large hands -tracks very well on a Razer mobile mouse pad -responds quickly -USB receiver storage in mouse is solid
Cons: -runs out of batteries VERY fast -no automatic turn off when not in use, must use switch
Overall Review: Overall i do like this mouse, it works when im not at home for gaming. I really wish there was a simple auto shutoff feature, even my $6 Gear Head mouse from wal mart does this. If i use this mouse at work, it maybe lasts a week or 2 before i have to replace the batteries. My $6 mouse will last me 2 months at least, with 8 hours a day usage.
