Fans are all starting to rattle after 4 years

Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with Upgraded USB 3.0
Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with Upgraded USB 3.0

Pros: amazing airflow metal but light plenty of upgrade room (cable space is an issue though)

Cons: not enough room for modern high end GPUs (without case modification) no cable management space no easy access to the top 200mm fan requires case surgery to get to

Overall Review: I bought this case back in 2012 and it is pretty and well built. the fan I have been running on low since I bought it and my fans are starting to rattle. one front fan and the 200mm fan. I'm sure the front fan should be no issue to replace, but as far as I can tell they built the top 200mm fan into the top of the case and riveted the top on so without actually taking the entire top frame and cover of my case off I can not see anyway to access this fan. (if there is a way to access it I would love to know)

Roll over image to zoom in Perixx MX-1000 Iron, Programmable Gaming Mouse - 7 Programmable Button - Omron Micro Switches - Avago 2000DPI A3050 Optical Sensor

Pros: cheep. good weight. responsive buttons. does what it says it will

Cons: cheep build quality (on the inside structure) software gave me slight issues at first

Overall Review: this mouse for its price $20.00 is a very nice mouse. It does what it advertises and that's all fine and dandy. upon opening my box and taking out the mouse however it was rattling. I opened the mouse and found an extra screw inside the mouse. I thought to myself "ok whatever not a big deal." the build quality was pretty poor with the screw holes however, because putting the mouse back together i stripped the screw hole in the back of the mouse..... wonderful.. nothing a bit of superglue and a beer cant fix. but still... frustrating. also from looking at its hardware (the computer parts at least) everything did look fairly acceptable. micro switches for the buttons and everything looked well battened down. I would still suggest this mouse to someone looking for a springboard to last a year or so before buying a better mouse. But If your into serious gaming i would recommend a higher quality mouse.

Very straightforward and easy to hide

BitFenix BFA-ACL-12BK6-RP Alchemy Connect LED-Strip Blue 12cm
BitFenix BFA-ACL-12BK6-RP Alchemy Connect LED-Strip Blue 12cm

Pros: It's small but very bright so its easy to put in your case and hide so you just see its glow. adhesive back is plenty sticky* easy to install and connect to the power supply. its plug-and-play.

Cons: you may note I put an asterisk after "adhesive back is plenty sticky" well it is... unless you ever move it. I had to move it to make room because of computer maintenance and it never stuck anywhere near the original adhesive level. I'm not very shocked and its to be expected. but just keep that in mind when ever moving them. nothing a little superglue cant fix.

Powerful! but starting to age

PowerColor TurboDuo Radeon R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support ATX OC V2 Video Card AXR9 280X 3GBD5-T2DHV2E/OC
PowerColor TurboDuo Radeon R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support ATX OC V2 Video Card AXR9 280X 3GBD5-T2DHV2E/OC

Pros: This guy will take on any challenge I throw at it. It handles new games on high graphics with 30+ fps (60 if the game supports it) very cooperative with crossfire (except diamond cards, but thats the diamonds fault) quiet and the price has dropped fairly well.

Cons: not too much to say here. However as games become more power hungry the card is starting to get into its higher range. I feel by the end of this generation of games It may be under powered for ultra/high graphics.

Overall Review: love this card. worth it overall

Pure gold for last gen games

PowerColor Radeon HD 7850 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 CrossFireX Support Video Card AX7850 2GBD5-2DHE/OC
PowerColor Radeon HD 7850 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 CrossFireX Support Video Card AX7850 2GBD5-2DHE/OC

Pros: Ok so... A little backstory here. I have an AMD R9 280x and this card crossfired together. Idk how I made this mistake but I did, but last time I took the computer apart for deep cleaning I flipped the cards around. the 7850 was doing all the work on most games. This little card ran almost all last gen games on highest graphics. Planetside 2, Dead space 3, GTA4 etc all ran on max graphics no lag what so ever. (unless they supported crossfire) It wasnt until I Tried the new Assassins creed Games did I see This little guy was having troubles. For its cost Its a good starter to a rig if your looking for something to get ya going or give a good boost.

Cons: -Not up to the challenge of new games. -Light fan hum

Overall Review: If I wanted to make a frag box (portable gaming rig) I would use a card like this. Its very small and efficient for its size.

I got what I expected

Product works great, properly packaged, no issues there. shipping time was a bit too long. 5-10 business days was pretty far beyond that. I actually forgot I ordered it. The part I needed wasnt anything important but if I needed something sooner for my computer I would probably look elsewhere. but it was cheep and simple which was nice.
