Awesome!

APC BR1000G Back-UPS Pro 1000VA 8-outlet Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
APC BR1000G Back-UPS Pro 1000VA 8-outlet Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)

Pros: Awesome UPS, more then enough backup power to keep most systems up for at least an hour, mine 23 minutes. Of course Newegg has the shipping down pat ordered it Thursday and had it Friday, and for free, can't beat that. If you need good UPS get this baby, can not go wrong. Normal rig and not the gaming rig I have could hit the hour and a half mark with this unit, just buy it, you wont be sorry, will getting a couple of more.

Cons: Don't really call this a con, but had to go to makers web site to get the drivers for it as it came with no disk. No big deal.

Overall Review: This is a slim line unit made to put any place, could of made it just a bit wider as to allow more of a battery, but the battery is as long as this unit is tall, and just as wide. Great use of the space.

Buy Western Digital

Seagate FireCuda Gaming SSHD 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive ST2000DX002
Seagate FireCuda Gaming SSHD 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive ST2000DX002

Pros: Was great while it lasted, and that was about 1 1/2 months if that. Glad I bought it from Newegg.

Cons: This drive went down with out any warning. I mean none at all. Was no faster then a normal 7200 rpm drive. Did not really perform as they claimed it does. Total Junk of the paper weight kind.

Overall Review: This is my second Seagate drive of this type. SSHD. The first lasted about a year. This one 1 1/2 months. Used for nothing but my games. WD drives for me all the way. That's all I buy anyways. Now I know why..

Asus Hit's Home Run With X570 Plus

ASUS AM4 TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-Fi) ATX Motherboard with PCIe 4.0, Dual M.2, 12+2 with Dr. MOS Power Stage, HDMI, DP, SATA 6Gb/s, USB 3.2 Gen 2 and Aura Sync RGB Lighting

Pros: Bios is easy, very small learning curve. AI overclocking was epic. Ran my 3800X right to what it was rated at. 4.2. It is all good. It was only a replacement for another board, that came defective, from someone else. May just keep it.

Cons: I only have it up running for testing. I have not found any cons. Well maybe one. Could use a couple more SATA spots, maybe some more RGB fan headers. Other then that. NONE!

Overall Review: Buy it you know you want to. These appear to be new boards. Paired it with a 3800X, and 32 gigs of Gskill TridentZ. 3200 Now have to order more ram. Hit to on button, and it just worked. Thanks Newegg for getting this to me so quick. Should of bought this in the first place. Almost plug and play

Chip is good

AMD Ryzen 7 3rd Gen - RYZEN 7 3800X Matisse (Zen 2) 8-Core 3.9 GHz (4.5 GHz Max Boost) Socket AM4 105W 100-100000025BOX Desktop Processor

Pros: It runs wicked fast. PURE AWESOMENESS.

Cons: Was charged 31.78 in a separate invoice all by itself. Hey New egg. I want my 31.78 back for this FREE ITEM.

Overall Review: Making me think twice about coming to new egg, and I have been coming here for years, and then this is pulled. Thanks

Fast for the age of tech.

Intel Core i7-965 Extreme Edition - Core i7 Bloomfield Quad-Core 3.2 GHz LGA 1366 130W Desktop Processor - BX80601965
Intel Core i7-965 Extreme Edition - Core i7 Bloomfield Quad-Core 3.2 GHz LGA 1366 130W Desktop Processor - BX80601965

Pros: Went into an EVGA Classified Board to replace I7-965 Extreme that has a burned core. For the age of the tech it still runs modern day games. Paired it with 24 gigs of Corsair. Runs 24/7 with out missing a beat. I would buy again if needed. Don't know if it's unlocked or not, but will find out if it is. I could hit 4.2 ghz on the old one as it was unlocked. Seller was awesome as well, quick to reply to an email and quick to shipped. Arrived before it was due. Thanks.

Cons: Did not get it free. :)

Overall Review: Why can't new tech be as stable as the old tech? Wish EVGA still made these X58 Classified boards. They are awesome.

Decent case

RAIDMAX Viper GX ATX-512WBG Black / Green Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
RAIDMAX Viper GX ATX-512WBG Black / Green Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Is roomy for an ATX. The mod design is easy to move, to allow the use of SSD drives. It will hold a total of 6 drives right out of the box. The mod design also allows for large video cards, as the plate can be removed completely. The 3 bottom drive try's will accept either normal drives or SSD's drives. The radiator can be mounted right above the cpu, and can take a large one. A real big plus that I did not see reading about the case is the SSD Hot swap right in the front. Was cheap. The glass in the side panel has a decent design on it, that you don't see in the photos as well.

Cons: The only reason I did not give it 5 eggs, is because of the fans. Not enough, but I knew that going in.

Overall Review: I am not a real big fan of this company, but I have bought 2 different case's from them, and so far they have been good ones. If you buy this case, buy some extra fan's, as they only have one in the front and one in the rear. And you can add a total of 4 more.

1st Gen but still works

Maybe first gen cpu, but they still get the job done. Sometimes you come across a board you don't want to get rid of. EVGA Classified is what it went into. They are still a little costly and they should not be.Yes it was UNLOCKED. OC's nice. Buy one, you wont be sorry if needed.
