How much wattage will the 2 LP4 connectors provide? My new EVGA GTX 1080 SC video card requires 180 watts. Will two LP4s provide that much wattage? I'd rather not buy a new power supply if I don't have to.

If it works it should be good enough as long as your power supply's sufficient, I like EVGA because they don't over-consume power.  I don't know specific wattage on this.  I've always had my power supplies adequate to handle the needs but the connector itself is fine, if you're just asking about the connector. Might want to ask your local geek freak.

Can I plug the black 8-pin connector into my modular PSU? I need a 4-pin Molex for my fans but I need a new cable for my psu, Can I plug the 8-pin into m ypsu and use the 4-pin molex connector for my fans???

If all you need is power to the fans, then yes it is possible. You will have no control on fan speed but you should be able to power the fans with this connector.
