Pros: VERY fast Init time VERY fast rebuild time VERY fast IOs!
Cons: Runs uber hot! Buy a PCI cooler to stick next to it in the slot! Price, but i've been doing this for awhile you pay for what you get!
Overall Review: I'd highly recommend this card, make sure you get the correct interface cables for it if you use it with SATA disks. I have 6 1tb Disks connected to mine for RAID 50 and I couldn't be happier. I was originally using my Motherboard's onboard RAID its a joke in RAID 5 it was so slooooow!
