The seller had a typo in the product description, stated it was touch screen, in which it wasn’t.

The seller responded to my issue quickly, unfortunately they were unable to provide me with the model advertised. A 10% refund was issued and we kept the model that we received.

Mistakes are expected, and was cautious about ordering a PC online due to this being a possibility.

I feel new egg and the seller did what they could to make it right.

Defunct product, wouldn't accept return without original box 3/6/2020 7:27:08 AM
This computer can barely handle word processing or simple internet searches. When I contacted the seller to return it they said I couldn't without the original box- which I can't find. I called New Egg which was no help at all.

I'm not a big supporter of @maz@n taking over the world but it makes sense why everyone buys everything from there now because it's so much easier to return things without hassle and customer service is way better. Seems like if these other companies want to have a chance to compete they might take a few lessons...

P.s. apparently new egg doesn't let you say the name of certain superior competitors on these review sights. Not sure that's going to be a winning strategy in the long run guys..

While I always prefer computers with SSD drives, this was very responsive and I didn't have to disable several services to get expected performance. Client is very happy with this 2-in-1

Computer arrived damaged and without stickers that would be on a new laptop. 10/26/2018 8:11:12 PM
The computer that was sent was clearly not new. The screen was jumpy and there were no stickers on the laptop that would have been on a new laptop. No replacement was available and I am waiting for my refund.

In order to process a refund, the original unit has to be returned. The unit you sent back was a different one from what we shipped to you. We hope this is an unintentional mistake. Please send the correct unit back.

Yes, I recommend seller. Laptop arrived perfectly packaged and days earlier than promised. He saved me from returning item by giving appropriate advice. Working fine so far, tho it disconnects my external HD. Hm? probably the HD.

You get what you pay for and we sure did get a cheap laptop. It is nice, but it's very slow and doesn't run multiple programs that well.

That being said, I had a great experience with the service

Only issue I have is with the tracking and packaging of the unit. No tracking in the system just showed up. the box was also inside a larger box with no filler so it was just moving freely around the larger box. The laptop started up and worked with no issues.

Received email that item shipped UPS on Oct 26th. The UPS tracking number was not good. Had to email seller and got response changing to USPS shipping on Oct 27th. New USPS tracking good. Laptop delivered Oct 31 - double boxed and padded.

Great experience so far from Luban Tech 11/2/2017 8:26:45 AM
I ordered an Inspiron touchscreen laptop. Item arrived in one week with standard shipping. First issue was a truncated tracking number. Emailed Luban and got a proper response within a couple of hours. Item arrived as described in Dell factory sealed box. I work with Dell devices every day and item was new. Briefly, upon first boot and 3-plus hour Windows update,, laptop had a few "oops PC needs to restart" WIN10 messages. The next day the system crashes were up to 27+. I did a "resetting the PC" to get back to factory settings. Several more crashes continued.

I emailed Luban with details and to ask if I should continue with them or Dell. Received a response again within a couple of hours concluding that laptop was defective and to supply some shipping info and state whether I wanted a replacement or refund. They emailed back the RMA shipping label. I have opted for replacement. I will now wait to see how the next 'step' is handled, but based on previous response, I feel good about a valid replacement. So far,I would easily recommend Luban as a seller.

Update 11/1/2017: Just wanted to update that the RMA return/replacement was completed with no hassle and excellent communication, in just under two weeks round trip. Replacement device was new in box and has been working without any issues for two weeks now.
