The shipping is some of the worst ive ever seen, the tracking number never worked and took way longer then it ever should have. The only reason for 2 eggs is for the low prices.

Everything was advertised as far as I can tell so far. The product came with acceptable packaging and was delivered on time. The product doesn't seem to have any deficiencies. There are many good sellers out there, but I happened to choose this one this time because the product availability and pricing matched what I was looking for this time. After this experience I would use the same seller again if the product was well priced and available. I can't review customer service because I did not have a need to contact them directly.

Needed to return this item. Item is still new, unopened. I have to pay return shipping (which i don't mind and expected), but they charge 15% restocking fee on unopened item. This is not good for a business in 2017, and not what I expected from a partner selling on NewEgg. Beware this seller...they need to suck it up and do away with restocking fees on unopened items like 99% of other online stores in 2017.

while the product i recieved was what was ordered, i had enough time between its original purchase and delivery, to order and reorder parts due to damage and build a complete pc, i was forced to purchase other thermal paste, which arrived in less time than this product.

It must be a Bremerton FedX issue 10/18/2017 1:48:52 PM
1st, the product is performing great and has given my older laptop new life. Secondly, Platinum Micro and NewEgg made good on a presumably lost package but it took a couple of emails and chats with customer service to make everything right for everyone.

The issue was with FedX delivery to Bremerton, WA. I was notified by email at 12:15 that my package was delivered to my doorstep at 11:43am on a Friday. But I was respecting it so I looked for it around noon, no package. I looked again after the email, no package. I contacted Newegg customer service via chat and explained the situation. They reviewed it and sent out a new order at no charge.

Wednesday someone rings our doorbell. I catch a glimpse of a fleeting FedX person heading to their truck and a small package. Yup, that delivery that was recorded as delivered by FedX on Friday was in fact not delivered until the following Wednesday, 5 days later. Just unbelievable!

BTW: I did notify both Newegg and Platinum Micro and I have also returned the replacement product.

The computer shop owner rebuilding my computer received the the Freezer i32 heat sink at his shop and found it to be unusable as the first copper heat pipe was bent. In addition, the Freezer i32 had scratch marks around screw holes suggesting the the unit was not new. I alerted PlatinumMicro of the problem and they told me to send them a picture. (Photo available on request.) Despite the fact that the picture clearly shows that the first heat pipe is bent and unusable, I was required to ship the item back. This cost me over $13 for something that was, in the opinion of the shop owner, the fault of the seller. In addition the shop owner showed me the scratch marks around the screw holes providing evidence that the item, sold as new was actually used.
