So would this disable the ability to have a deicated GPU with a ryzen 7 1700 and an m.2 drive on this board? I am completely new to m.2 and am unsure

Definitely not. There are 2 M.2 slots only the 2nd (on the back) would Change the GPU to 8x instead of 16x. No noticable difference on many GPUs. 
Gamer's Nexus tested this with a 1080ti on 8x and 16x.

This motherboard is compatible with, and should have no issues with any current or past Ryzen AM4 chip (excluding threadripper), so yes you will be safe!

It does support Ryzen 3rd gen CPUs with the BIOS update. Unfortunately we can not guarantee if the MB you receive out of the box will have that update. If it does not, you would need a 1st or 2nd gen Ryzen CPU to perform the update.

So the fan header that reads AIO can be used for a regular 4-pin fan as well?

No. I actually plugged a fan hub into that header when I was building,but didn't know for about a week. It made the fans run at a much higher rate then was needed, and was much louder.

I'm planning on using a 970 EVO nvme ssd...can i install this on the front ssd mount with no issue?

Thats exactly what I did.  Just lift off the silver ROG bit and it installs underneath it.  Piece of cake.

How good of an overclocker is this motherboard? Could I easily overclock a Ryzen 7 2700x to  4.3 GHz or  a Ryzen 5 2600x to  4.2 GHz with decent VRM temps  and stability? I am deciding between this and the b450-i version of this board and I want to  possibly put in a Ryzen 7 or Ryzen 9 4000 series CPU for the 7 NM+ CPU's and  overclock it to 5 GHz on at least 8 cores 16 threads. If I can go higher  on frequency or cores, I will.

I’ve been using this board for awhile and occasionally tinker with overclocking.  I have a Ryzen in mine and liquid cooling for cpu and gpu.  When I overclock, I use MSI Afterburner which makes it super easy.  Performance and stability have always been rock solid.

Does this fit one of the NZXT x62 AIO pumps without having to remove RAM?

Cant give a definite answer,  but i have a corsair h60 (2018) and even with the tubing leaving the side the ram is on, i still have plenty of clearance. Hope that helps

Hello Fares, If previous Ryzen launches were any indication, probably not. Often the updated stock that has the BIOS update ready out of the box is mixed in with the original shipment that has to original BIOS that was included upon release of the board. So unless you buy the board and get one that states on the box that it is Ryzen 3000 ready, you will likely need to update the BIOS to get the 3000 series CPU to work. AMD has an upgrade kit program that allows users to request they send a loaner CPU that is compatible with your board so you can get the system up and running in order to perform the BIOS update.
