i have a crossfire cable but cannot find where it would go on this card?

it is crossfire support. This particular card doesn't need a cable, it is done through the PCIE buss. Either controlled with a bios setting, but probably done through the catalyst software from AMD, there is a setting under preferences to enable xfire.

I have a iBuyPower WA583 R7 with the AMD R7 260X. Can I upgrade to this card as is? It let me add the link of the specs.

Hi there. The best way I can describe to answer your question is this:
As with any hardware, we do not necessarily 'upgrade' per se; but rather, update the drivers until the "end of support" period concludes, or depending on your personal requirements to for graphics; you may ultimately conclude to 'upgrade' (replace your graphics card/equipment) to a newer model. Most hardware generally does not go beyond 3 years from date of manufacture to EoS. It is usually a good idea to replace hardware as your finances permit, about every 2 years to stay current with technology. The determining factors for your replacement (upgrade) is the following.
1) How old is the hardware
2) What is your expectation or needs of the equipment (How will it be used most often)
3) Technical necessity
4) Does the new hardware conform to your current Motherboard configuration.

While there are many things to look at when 'upgrading', the best I can tell you is to always make sure, especially with graphics cards is to ensure that it will fit into the existing slot and you need to know if the equipment is PCIE compliant or not. I hope this helps, but feel free to ask any other questions or consult with your 'Tech-Support' vendors. Last advice I know off hand, is to do 'comparative shopping' as well as read the 'specs & compatibility' info on the box or vendor description sheet.

Its a standard pci-e card, I assume you mean the power connector. There is no need for external power on this card, plug it into the motherboard, load the driver's and your all set.

The minimum PSU needed is 400w, it does not have any power connectors on the card.

will this card run in a pci 2.0 slot?

Yes.
I installed on an MSI 785g-e53 motherboard with a PCIe 2.0x16 and have had not problems.
It will perform better in a PCIe3 slot.

Does this product come with Crossfire X cables or would that have come with the motherboard?

It does not come with the Crossfire cables, you'd have to get those separately

The card is full height. It is not a half height, but it does fit on a small ASUS MB in a small micro ATX case. The ASUS MB is a 9 X 9. Hope that info helps.
