It incorporates 14 lens elements in 12 groups, with the use of an ED lens, hybrid aspherical lens, and aspherical lens for super reproduction. The multi-layer coating works to reduce flares and ghost images. The mMinimum focusing distance of only 0.9ft allows you to shoot a subject up close. This unit features a built-in automatic focus-confirm chip to sync and auto-meter with your camera.
