Will this fit a Dell optiplex 701C and will it accommodate all the power connections needed for the hardware and drives? Ordered a GTX 950 for this PC and need a 400W minimum power supply to run it. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

No, I know for sure that it won't fit that cabinet. DELL makes sure, of late, that you can't fit anything, from anywhere else, into their cabinets. I bought the PSU for a DELL Optiplex, and it was an immediate No-Go. The connectors are different. It's made for only the MoBo that came with it. None of the connectors on this power supply connects with that board.

I returned that item for a refund, as it was incompatible with the proposed application. So, I suggest that you verify the necessary voltages with the manufacturer. Sorry I can't help you more.
