Question 1

Will this fit and is it compatible with my current setup? I'm unable to find the information on compatibility online.

Hello!  I am not familiar with your particular case, but I CAN tell you that the ProDuo is huge.  I just measured mine at 307MM, or a smidge over 1 foot long. In my own mid-tower case I had to drill out a number of rivets and remove the HDD and SSD bays to make enough room.  Keep in mind too that it's quite heavy and you'd do well to use two screws to secure it in place at the front.  Your power supply is fully adequate for a single ProDuo but iffy for two.  I'm pretty much an AMD guy, but I don't see any reason why you should have compatibility issues with that setup ( M/B, CPU ), since Intel has such huge market share  that almost anything has to be compatible if it's going to sell.

Question 2

I just got this card today and I can't manage to get both gpu's working at once. I also don't know how to specify what task one gpu should do. Windows has recognized that the card has 2 gpu's but only one is being used; the other gpu just sits idle or never goes over 2%. Can anyone help me out?

Windows will only use one GPU until you use a program that can use both GPUs. So you have to use Blender, Premier Pro CC, or a game that can use both. Blender is open source, free, and its website has free demo files. If you want to give a try in Blender download it and install it. Then go into File > Blender User Preference > System and under Cycles Compute Device, select OpenCL and check the box for both AMD Radeon Pro Duos. Then download one of the demo files and render it; if everything is configured properly you should see both GPUs working.

Question 3

Would this be a better or similar option compared to the new vega frontier professional card, for 4k playback and editing within Davinci Resolve?

I bought this card first, then grabbed a Vega Frontier Edition card after wards hoping it would be as good as this Pro Duo card is. Sadly, I had nothing but problems with Vega Frontier Edition. Every single driver that I installed made no difference, that card would randomly hang the system. No bluescreen or crash, the PC would freeze and lock up, sometimes it would happen 3-6 times in 10 minutes, sometimes it worked for hours normally. It was so bad that I was dying to put back my nvidia 760gtx in my pc instead of the vega frontier edition. I switched back to my 760gtx, not a single sneeze, cough or a hiccup from it. The Vega is a very poorly built and\or designed graphic card, i can't imagine how people can do any work on it when it couldn't even surf the internets without hanging the entire system.o

Question 4

What can this cards performance be compared to?  should I use this card for blender? (if not, card recommendations)

I originally bought this card for GPU rendering. Some of the reviews are great - but they fail to tell you that the Kernel mapping can take up to 2-5 minutes depending on the scene. After that it renders fast. But I returned it and got 2 Nvida GeForce GTX 1080s which is better suited to the CUDA processing over the open GL in the Radeon card.

Question 5

I am currently building a gaming PC, all AMD for the most part. I have a chosen the theme to be red and black. Does anyone sell this card in either red or black or sell a cover that is either red or black? I would prefer to not have to send it out to get painted.

No. this is a professional card from AMD. They're not sold by 3rd parties. So thus you're stuck with the color. However it is metal so custom painting is an option i'd imagine. Just be careful to make it heat resistant and not damage the components. Also such custom work will probably void your warranty.
