Can you charge two items at once?

Yes you can charge two devices at once,but one port is a lower amperage than the other, so it will charge slower.

does it come with a usb cord for charging itself?

Yes, it does come with a micro USB cord but no power brick. I have a few old iPhone power bricks (the larger ones, not the smaller newer ones) and was surprised to find that they're 2Amps so I reused one for the Anker.

My wife & I use iMagnet car mounts so I bought a bunch of tiny neodymium magnets with adhesive backs for only a few dollars online and now when I'm charging my phones or tablet, the battery mounts onto the back of what it's charging. I even put magnets on both sides so two devices can be stuck to it and charging at the same time. Works pretty well, but I put some metal plates on the magnets when I'm not using it to create a Faraday cage so it doesn't wipe my credit cards by accident.

Would like to know full details of Anker its out put,  its usage etc 
Can i connect it to Sony tape recorder which needs 3V power supply and operste it ?.

Sorry. Each port delivers 5v so yes it will power a 3v device

Why are only two lights showing after one to two days of charging?

Have personally never had this happen to mine. In my "opinion' or educated guess, It may be possible that: 1.) The charger or cable may be defective, try a different wall outlet or usb cable. 2.) A cell or 2 in the battery may be or have gone bad. Did you just purchase this device? Has it sat on the shelf without use for a long period of time? Anker recommends to discharge and recharge the device at least once every 4 months. Long periods of inactivity can cause the battery to become less active over prolonged periods of non-use. If you have had it less than 18 months, you may want to try to send it in for an exchange. Like I said in the opening, I have never had this happen to mine after 2 years of using, and still use it to this day. All my Anker products have been great.

How long is the normal recharging time?

Less than 12 hours. Charge seems to hold forever.

I see in the picture that it has two adapter pins, I'm guessing one is for Apple and one is for Samsung? Are those also included with the package? It shows the two connectors in picture 4 along with the carrying pouch?

The two ports are usb ports, they will charge any cable that uses usb. Most phones nowdays have a way to detach them from the wall charger and most of them attach to said wall charger via usb. The small port on the front left is how you charge the battery itself via miniusb. The battery comes with a miniusb cable to charge it i believe, but no phone chargers.

TOLD ANY CHARGE PAL160WH-PLUS IS NOT PERMITTED ON PLANE , DOES THIS ITEM FALL WITHIN THAT LIMIT ?

I purchased my Anker for use as a power supplement for Ingress gaming for my phone.  A game which I was playing extensively at the time.   I was also traveling for work and pleasure and have take the device on  trips during 2014 and it was never a problem.  I do not know if the rules or enforcement have changed since then but I did not experience a problem during my travels with in the US.
