The CRU-DataPort 2.5" to 3.5" metal drive adapter bracket allows you to install a 2.5" HDD/SSD into a 3.5" bay. It accommodates a drive with a height of up to 15mm. The all-metal construction and airflow spacing provide the optimal heat dissipation. There are no electronic parts on this adapter, so the performance will not be compromised.
2.5" to 3.5" Adapter Bracket... Designed specifically for the existing 3.5" bays of er PC chassis, backplanes and RAID-type enclosures. Supports any capacity 2.5" SATA or SAS HDD, as well as SSD (Solid State) and makes it appear to the system as a 3.5" HDD. Hard drive not included.
