What Milimeter tubing/fittings for hardline tubing ?

You can use your own choice of what size tubing to use, there is a couple different sizes, you just have to make sure your tubing and fittings are the same size. Threads on the card/block are G 1/4

How is this liquid cooled?

It has a factory installed waterblock. The intent is to use it with custom loop watercooling setups and as such needs parts that are sold separately to be used.

I would really like to use this water-cooled video card,  however I am new to water cooling. Can someone make some suggestions as to what parts I would need for this and potentially some configurations already proven to work with this card and block?

The parts and configurations are many and varied. Hard plastic tubing vs soft (flexible) and they all use very specific fittings. Basics involve a pump, a tank and a suitable radiator or 2. There are many helpful videos on Youtube  enter "PC water cooling" one of the more down to earth bloggers is  "Jay's Two cents" good luck!

Anyone know how to get RGB fusion to actually recognize this graphics card?  It sees my G.skill memory - but not this graphics card.

It is to my understanding that Gigabyte was going to release a version of this waterforce card as an AIO, is that true?

instock right now the all in one here at newegg.  This all in one comes with 2-120mm fans, vs competition 1-120mm which is nice.  I dont own the aio, but the water block video card

can i do SLI with this waterblock? and what Milimeter tubing do i need?

I used "soft tubing".  And this size fitting attached to the 2 openings on both side of the water block.

Question 7

I see this comes with thermal paste.  Do you need to add open the card and add it or does it come already on?

The paste that is included is just extra, if you take the water block off of the card then the thermal paste will need to be re-applied.

Can someone provide benchmarks and a detailed review? Is it overclockable to a good extent? 
im on the fence, should i get this, or should i just wait to try to get my hands on the 2080ti kingpin.

this is a great overclocker, it will get you above what you would expect it to, but its not intended to do what the kingpin can, which is for EXTREME OC under LN2.  Hope this answers your question.
