Does this case come with an optical drive, or just a space for it and I would have to buy the optical drive separately?

No It does not come with an optical drive. It Does have the space for 1 optical drive, which would have to be purchased separately.

In a random tech-store, the interior of this case was white but in advertisements, it shows black, so when you buy this, is it black or white? (not a Michael Jackson song)

I purchased one a month ago and the interior was black.
