What color is the led in the front fans?

The front LED fans are blue. I took them out and put in cougar v12 fans. It supports 3 120's but they were pretty hard to put in but they're spinning just fine. If i had the option I would probably leave the included fans in.

Will this case have room for longer video cards with out giving up and hard drive bays?

Yes, there is enough room for three and four way SLI. Using GTX 970-980.

How many fans does this case come with? I have looked all over, but all I have found is how many fan mounts it has.

This case came with 3 fans. The rear 140 mm fan and the 2 LED 120 mm fans in the front. Check out youtube, there are some great reviews on there. Me personally, I really enjoy this Corsair case

Are the Hard Drive bays removable?

Yep! Just remove the side panel and yank em out. If you want all bays removed then you can also do that. Find your nearest phillips screwdriver and be the champion you were meant to be.

I want to know does anyone experience any vibration when the fans are at full RPM spin? That was a problem with my old case and want to upgrade

I've had this case since November 2014, and have not had issues like that.  One of the fan's that came with the case has a slight baring issue so for a few moments it may have some audible coil whine but once warmed up its fine.

I also have the fans tied into my water cooling controller on a set fan curve and I don't think they have ever operated at max RPM.

The top of the case has an area for a water block and it came with some rubber grommets to reduce any rattle, I did not use them as I did not want to go source longer screw's but you could put those on the fans as necessary.

The pictures show a window panel on the left side, however the product spec says window panel no. Can you please clarify?

Yes. The case does have a large window panel. It is on the left side of the case if you're looking at it from the front.

How many fans does this come with installed?

It comes with 3 fans. Two in front one right above the other and the one in the back you see in the photos here. The top can accept 120 or 140mm fans or a dual radiator with dual fans for the all in one water coolers.

How is the space inside the case for doing a full custom water cooling?

I would say you have plenty of room with a custom water cooling loop. You have ample space to put a reservoir and more than one radiator should you want it. You can remove the drive cage and get even more room for it. I have my radiator mounted on top but this case has a lot of potential build uses and I believe this case was made for custom water cooling projects :)

Yes, this case has 3 easily removable filters. Top, front, and bottom (split in the middle).

Does this case have a removable motherboard tray?

The mother board gets attached to the metal running down through the case with the cable management holes on top and to the right. From and back of case have removeable sides. If the middle comes out I would be surprised. Awesome case though. So much room and amazing airflow with additional fan options and CPU cooling options.
