How many fans come included with the case, and if there are, what color are they?

One fan came in mine. It is transparent with red LED. It is located in the front

Can you mount a 240mm Radiator, on the top inside the case? I do not see this on the diagram.

The top of this case does not support a 240mm radiator. The hex vent is not long enough. It may be able to support a 120mm radiator, but as I myself have never used a radiator I don't know how thick they are. The way it looks to me, my RAM would interfere with the radiator. However, there is for sure foom at the front of the case for at least a 120mm, maybe a 240mm. (You might have to remove the hard drive cage).

Can I install an optical drive if I wanted to?

Yes you can. There is room for an optic drive, but not on the front like a pc would normally have. I would recommend a usb optical drive, which you could have on the outside or inside of your pc.

How do you take off the front panel?

You just pull it off. It has these pegs that hold it in place, so it just pops on and off. It'll take more force then you'll think it will tho.

Will I need more fans for the case for better airflow, or would it just be for looks?

I filled mine with 6 standard corsair 120mm slots and have had no issues. I think two intake in the front and one exhaust would be fine. As first answer said he had no issues without an exhaust though. The ventilated top is a big help

Will this case work with a "regular" power supply I bought some 5 years ago?   I haven't built a computer in years and I'm not sure, since its bottom mount, if I would need a special power supply or not.   Just transplanting parts until I can afford to build an entire setup.   Actually my son wants to help, too. :)   Thanks!

Yes. Just make sure you place the fan side down.

Is the hard drive cage removable?

Yes.
You just have to take the sides off and look very carefully around the other side of the drive cage and then remove screws.

How many filters does it have? I see there is the one on the bottom, but are there any others that are hidden in the top/front of the case?

Only the bottom one is removable. There is mesh on the front cover of the case but it's not removable or anything like that it's part of the cover.

Can I move the preinstalled fan to the back slot so I can put a water cooler radiator in the front?

Yes You can fit up to single or double fan rad up front or triple if you remove the hard drive bay but then that would mean your hard drive space is on ssd mounts or m2 drives which can limit space but can also be mitigated by buying large ssd's.
