What is the side fan size and can or would you put one?

Side fan size is listed as being 140mm. I have no need for a side fan. Although, I'm running an i7 3770s & a 2gb EVGA 960=big graphics card, but there is room for a fan, even with the components installed. I went for a high performance and quiet system, everything is working great and I'm satisfied with it. There is the option of using a smaller fan but using decorative metal around it to properly seal it is an option.

Does this case have a CD drive?

You can put a CD or DVD drive in this case and the little cover folds down when you push the button on the front

Can I assume the front external drive bay at the top of the case (you can see the removable slot cover) is for a 5.25" slim drive, i.e., DVD? And how can they advertise 3 "external" drive bays?

It does "NOT" support 3 external drives . . . .only two.
From the case item description on the Newegg site:
" It offers two internal 3.5" / 2.5" drive bays, as well as four expansion slots for great expandability."

I am looking at this case and wanted to know if I can fit a GPU that has a length and height of 9.53" x 5.12"? The specific card I'm looking at is this : ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 DUAL-GTX1060-O6G 6GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready Video Card

Yes it should be able to fit one inside of this case.

Just a heads up though, this case has a small section that flips out where you install your hard drives on. The cables for the mobo are also strung in through the top near the optical drive as well but all in all, I see why you can't be able to fit a 1060 inside of here.

would this case fit a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO?

Based off my memory I don't think the case would be wide enough to comfortably fit one while giving you enough room room to run cables based on the case's design. I used the stock cooler that came with my CPU since it was a build to replace my grandmothers dead laptop.

Does it have 2.5" drive bays or not? Specs say Internal 3.5" Drive Bays 2 (0) Internal 2.5" Drive Bays 0 (2).

If you look at the product pictures you'll see it really only has 1, 5-1/4" bay and 1, 3-1/2" bay for a full sized HD. Besides that, it does have 2 mounting points for 2-1/2" drives (SSD's) on a sheet of metal that connects the drive bays on top-front if the case to the bottom of the case for rigidity. I would personally only recommend putting 1 HDD and 2 SSD's MAX in this case. I don't think it would support anything more without being a cable nightmare, especially if you plan on putting a CD/DVD-ROM drive in it.

Can you fit a 120mm all in one radiator in the front?

No.  There is very limited room in the front area.  All you can fit is one 120mm fan in the front area.

Can the included 80mm fan be powered by molex? Without an adapter.

The included fan is at the rear of the case and is powered via a 3pin fan header found on the motherboard. Not compatible with molex unless purchased seperatly.
