does this case come with fan filters?

The front and back fans don't have filters between the fan and the grill or outside the grill, the top fan does have a magnetic filter slapped on top of the chassis.

What colors led are the pre installed fans?

They are the same as the case LED, They are controlled by the same button. If you have the case set to breathing, the fans breathe the same colors too.

Will a  2.5" 240GB SATA III 3D NAND Internal Solid State Drive fit or need some sort of dock inside this case?

You can screw it right to the back plate on the inside of the case. It actually looks good there. But to answer your questions there are no traditional SSD docks in it stock.

Are there other RGB fans that work with this case?

I'm having trouble finding comparable rgb fans.  I can't find affordable Rosewill fans and other fans such as corsair don't plug into the case's rgb controller.  So that has been a problem as the case could use more cooling for gaming or you have to resort to liquid cooling but there may be compatibility issues there as well if your using rgb fans.

So this case can handle a 240mm h110i corsaid water cooling?

Yes I have that exact cooler in mine fits fine. You do have to bend the tube a little bit to get it fit right. Also, keep in mind the cooler has to be mounted in the front.

Question 6

How do I access Colors with Red? I cannot get Purple, Orange or Red at all, what am I doing wrong?

You should be able to change colosr with top front far left button marked "LED". It has fast changing colors, solid color and slow fade color change.  Colors: Red Green Blue Purple Teal Yellow White

Does this allow for an optical drive to be installed? It appears in the picture that there may be a slot for a disc, however I can not tell for certain.

Yes but you have to detach the front of the Case to access the optical drive if you are going to use it

Are the RGB lights controllable via the RGB header on a Motherboard or is it a separate RGB controller?

The lights are controllable. There is a button on top of the case next to the USBs headphone/mic jacks and power button. It will let you select an array of coloring options but am unsure of further personal customization.
