Question 1

How is Cullinan's steel chassis for strength, lack of flex and confidence in long term durability ? Are there simple mods to improve airflow and temperatures ?

Very sturdy.  The storage drive housings are great.  I’ve had no problem with temps, and just blew it out for the first time after 1.5 years in a dusty/doggy household.  The only downside (unless I’m missing something) is that the fan lights are tied to the speed controls, it would be nice to turn them on/off seperately.  One of my front USB 3 inputs had a bent pen on arrival too, but was an easy fix.

what are the fans rpm?

Not sure of the rpm's but it has a fan speed controller on the top of the case where the power button and the usb's are. High speed, low speed, and off i believe. I replaced these fans with the Corsair fans.

Does the hard drive cage come out?

Yes it does.

Where Could i mount a Reservoir? and can you Corsair RM750x (White) fit under the shroud?

There is a huge amount of free space in fron t of the power supply shroud but as far as Corsair fitting under the shroud I do not now the dimensions but I have an EVGA 850 under mine and it fit easily

Can I put in a dvd r/w drive?

It would have to be external.  The three fans cover up the entirety of the front face.  There is no place to mount it.

Can the PSU shroud be easily removed?

I would say "Yes" with mine Corsair 750 not much of the issue, but watch the size.
If you pack a lot of hardware and go for 1000 W or more it will be tight.
Obviously fully modular power supply is recommended. Anything below 550 W 
will fit just fine .It is a great case. If you worry about the cable management try not to pack too much on the back of system board as it will be pressed hard by the glass.No rubber grommets but cable holes are covered by plastic  shroud that also holds my very long video card.
