Is there a place to mount a 2.5" SSD?

No, you will have to use an adapter. Thermaltake makes one 3.5" HDD convertor for SSD 2.5". Newegg sell them.

Does the included power supply come with a PCI-E power connector?

Yes, it comes with a 4 pin PCI-E connector.

Will a mini-ITX motherboard fit in this case?

I've never tried to fit a mini-ITX into a Micro ATX case but I would have to say no it won't fit. MBs are designed to fit into the form factor cases they're built for. Likely the mounts in the MicroATX case won't align with the mini-ITX MB.
