Does is support any Top Rad Config?

I have a the Corsair single fan CPU cooler and the radiator mounts to the top just fine

Does it support any RAD config at top?

Yes I have the Corsair H110i mounted on top

how much room for cable management does it have?

The whole back panel can hold stuff behind it, the case has a bunch of holes in it for cable pass through, and the bottom section of the case where the PSU and 3.5" drives are can hold more cables. So it has quite a bit.
