I seriously doubt it. Building in this thing is a nightmare with typical SFF components. If you used an SFX PSU, and cut the PSU Cage back on the motherboard side, you might be able to fit a 120 AIO for the CPU, but only if you're running an ITX GPU.

Question 1

What kind of power supply does this case need? There's no way a regular one would fit, is there?

I think a regular PSU should fit in this specific case, but it will take up a significant amount of space in the PSU bay and would HIGHLY recommend a SFX PSU like item 17-256-202.  Most Mini ITX cases like this one require a SFX PSU but there is a ton of space left in the same compartment for a normal ATX form factor PSU.

Truth be told, there is already an insanely small amount of space for routing cables so it is probably in your best interest to get the smaller SFX PSU than a normal sized one as this case is a bit difficult to build in if you do not put it together in a specific order.  I recommend watching a build guide so you see what you are building in and if you wish to proceed.  It is a good case with more ventilation than I would have expected (assuming you install case fans for intake to cool the internal components) and is a nice showpiece if you get the right RGB capable motherboard and fans.  Keep in mind you will need slim profile fans to cool the motherboard compartment as well as the GPU compartment.  Normal sized fans WILL fit but in the GPU compartment if you have a bigger than normal card like the Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580, you will encounter clearance issues where the case fans are still able to spin but the GPU fans do not since they are making contact with the case fan housing.  I would recommend something along the lines of a Asus GTX 1070 TURBO, not necessarily that specific card but one with similar dimensions and blower style cooler as that card fits perfectly in this case and has a good cooling solution for a small form factor system. Would the case fit a Zotac 980ti amp extreme? length wise it seems to be good but its a 3 slot card.

Unfortunately that is one caveat to building Mini-ITX systems, no support for anything more than a single dual slot card.  This case can fit most cards on the market assuming they aren't hulking behemoths.

Question 3

How do you possibly sit this on its side? You would be totally blocking the airflow from either GPU or CPU - just like on the previous Raven cases.

It's pretty hard to see in the pictures but I also wondered about this.  When I got the case, I noticed these rectangular vent holes on the bottom/top where you can attach the rubber feet to.  Regardless of which side it is on when sitting vertically, it has ventilation.

Both the top and bottom have airflow venting internally so that the air has somewhere to go.  Another case you might want to consider is the Fractal Design Node 202, both cases have a dual chamber layout that involves using a riser card for the GPU to be mounted vertically in the case in its own chamber.  I will admit both cases are hard to build into and would recommend you do a lot of research into the parts that will go into this case.

I have a Ryzen 5 1600 with an Asus GTX 1070 Turbo in this case and temps are never an issue.  I use the Cryorig C7 cooler with this case and I get excellent temps considering the form factor and amount of load I put on my system.

I never see anything higher than 70 degrees Celsius when playing a game on maxed out settings.  If it is warm that day, it may creep up to 78 degrees but that is still reasonable considering how small the case is.

Question 4

Does the RVZ03 support the handle like the RVZ02 and the ML08?

It does not support the handle. The RVZ02 comes with designated holes for the handle, however this model forgoes the handle. I think this is in part to be able to use the area for more components. I don't find it a big deal because you get practically the same thing as the RVZ02 in every other aspect, but it has its own cool features. Literally, the case is about <1cm bigger  than the RVZ02 yet it is able to fit so much more.
