Question 1

Does this version of the Define series have a windowed case? I really like its dimensions as opposed to the R4, but the R4 has a windowed case and I really like that.

Hi! I actually bought this case for my mother's new PC and I can tell you it does not have a window on the side. However, it's extremely roomy on the inside, Cable management is fantastic, and it's overall very sturdy. I would highly recommend it, even though you won't have the window you're looking for. :)

Question 2

Would this case fit a 140x280x53mm radiator on the top?

It depends, 53mm might be a bit too thick.  The top rear of the case has a pair of 140mm vents that join about as closely as they can to fit two fans, so a radiator of those horizontal measurements should fit perfectly, but 53mm might be a bit too thick.  Anandtech has a fine review of the case where they note specifically that it has the space and the clearance above the board for 240/280mm slim radiators. I can't post a link per Newegg rules, unfortunately, but a quick googling should find it if you'd like to check it out.

Also, if your radiator doesn't fit, it is always possible to return the case.  I would bet that it would fit, although it might be a close fit above the rear of the tray if it hangs behind the fan there, and you might have to go without the rear exhaust fan depending on how things fit.

Also note that there is space and mounting for a 140x280mm radiator in the front of the case as well, the drive cages can be rotated or removed entirely to your taste.

Question 3

The back of the cases exhaust fan will be very close to the wall. Is there a minimum amount of space that should be observed? I was also thinking that it might not be important because I will have the top exhaust fans operating.

Assuming you'll leave enough space for the cords and essentials, that amount should be sufficient. Since you indicate that you'll be using the top fan, you shouldn't have any issues unless you're going to be using the PC heavily and generating a lot of excess heat. Do keep in mind, the case is insulated and is designed to reduce noise emanating from the case, this does however, increase temperatures as well.

I use mine primarily as a home NAS which is on constantly 24 hours a day. It's quiet, and keeps relatively cool. I do not have the top exhaust fans open and it still cools well.

Question 4

Are any of the fans molex compatible?

The case comes with three 120 MM fans all connected to a single ""control" that allows switching the power to the three fans simultaneously to either 5, 7 or 12 volts.
This switch is accessible from the front (behind the front door.

The connector to power this "controller" fits in a standard PC power supply connector, it is not designed to be connected to any motherboard fan header; there will be too much power draw from the three fans hooked up together.

It can support it unofficially. You would end up leaving a few holes unscrewed which could be bad in the future of your board. If you're handy with a drill or have other standoffs you can glue down it may be able to work alright. It's definitely big enough and it really is a great case.

Isn't everything from china? Yes. It's from China. Designed in West Europe somewhere, I believe. I have dealt with FD support for a replacement front panel and feet for mine. They don't charge  for parts just the shipping, last I worked with them

Width: 23.3cm
Length-Depth: 56.3cm / 57.4cm+-2mm (when counting the side panel screw)

Will the Corsair Hydro Series Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler H100i work with this case?

yes it will I have it on mine but you may want to get the biger one don't get me wrong the H100i works great I even have mine in a push pull and I always have it in salient and I am over clocked at 4.4 from 3.5 Hasswell cpu
