Are the pre-installed case fans any good?

They are cheap just like the case. You get what you pay for, one of the wires on my front fan simply fell out of the casing with the slightest tug. I use this a media center so a fan really is not a big deal. Again I can not stress this enough, this is CHEAP case.

Question 2

What is the little black piece that comes with it? In the picture next to the screws, it is not labeled. Thanks.

Its a stopper bracket for mounting a card reader or smaller device in one of the bays

Where do I put the SSD in this thing? Thanks!

Above the bank for regular hard drives is two rails. One with two saw teeth that will fit in the screw holes on the SSD and on the other side is two holes where you can put a screw. Or you can buy a convert for the 2.5" to 3.5" hard drive and put it where you would put a regular hard drive.

Question 4

Can I fit a microATX motherboard and will a R9 280 fit fine? Saw that it doesn't necessary fit the size it has listed unless you do some mods to it.

Micro atx board should fit fine, I have a full atx board in this chassis. I also have a radeon 5870, which google tells me is slightly longer than the r9 280. It's a tight fit and a real pain (though strangely fun) to work on, though.

I even fit a thermal take frio in it. Again, very tight fit. You'll have to be careful planning how you put it together. You may not be able to fit a hard drive in the upper part of the 3.25 cage with that card, and have to keep it in the lower part of the cage.

How big are the case fans on the side panel?

The side panel doesn't have fans in it. If you wanted to buy some and mount them then you could use 120mm fans there are holes for that. Many cases come with only one fan pre-installed this one has two big 120mm fans one in the front of the case and one in the rear.

Simply said, no. Most motherboards should fit however not all graphics cards will fit. A card with 3 fans, for example the Tri-X cards, will not fit because the drive bays get in the way. If you are willing to remove the drive bays that would fix the problem. A full tower case is recommended if you aren't willing, they cost much more though.

Can this fit an ATX motherboard and two GPU's?

Yes a full ATX motherboard will fit in this case. GPUs will vary in thickness but make sure that they will fit on the board might be a better question.  The box is big enough to handle the thickness of the GPU.  It has enough cooling vents to keep everything cool.

Im not sure if it came with toolless brackets for easy installation but i do know that the ssds fit in the bottom 3 front to back drive cage. Now as to how they fit in there. Its anyones guess at this point. But if your questioning it already. Then go buy a gigabyte sumo omega case.

I have been looking for a cheap nut good Gamign computer that is at least better than my crappy Windows computer does it handle at 60+ frames per second?

This is literally just a case and fans. I used it for gaming and it kept the components cool if that's the answer you're looking for, but this is not a full pc. It's just the case and you'll have to buy the components and build it yourself.

Yeah they do. The stand offs are pre inserted. But you still might want to turn them a quarter turn to tighten them. It also come with a few extra in the bag of screes.
