Will a ZOTAC ZT-60210-10L GeForce GT 640 2GB 128-Bit DDR3 PCI video card fit in this case?

I fit a Saphire radeon R9 280x dual fan, but I had to cut the hard drive cage back about half an inch to make it fit.  The card you listed barely sticks past the PCI slot, so it should fit fine.  As for height, there is a bulge in the side of the case, so there is plenty of clearance.

what motherboard do i need for this case or will any work in it?

any atx motherboard (including mini atx mirco atx boards) should fit this case. with maybe the excluding lx-atx motherboards those are the extra large motherboards there are very few made

Can I put a DVD drive anywhere in the case? Is there anywhere to mount an SSD? The other replies aren't very informative.

Yes to both questions. There are 2 slots at the top. I have a DVD burner and a fan controller installed in mine. As for mounting an SSD, it is not a proper mount but you can use the 2 screw holes to mount one side of the drive to the frame where the HDDs are meant to be mounted. I have 3 SSDs and 1 USD mounted in my case. I have had it for a couple years now and have had no problems with the stability of the drives.
My main complaints about the case is that it is very small, the metal is extremely flimsy and has bent on me more than once, a large GPU does not fit, there is no true mounting for intake fans on the front, you will have to drill to mount them properly and you will have to get very creative with cable management even with a modular PSU to get any kind of clean install.
My advise is to get one of the $50-$70 NZXT cases and skip on this one. If you are on a tight budget then this case will work it is just very mediocre at best.

Will this case be able to hold Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 2GB WINDFORCE Video Card with ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard?

Yes. It will hold any graphics card and mother board, except for extended mother boards but yes your gtx760 will fit. I actually have sli gtx 760's in this case.

does this computer do well on high graphic and high count multiplier games?

As far as I can tell, you'll need the right components inside for it to do well in games. This is JUST a computer case. And assuming you have the right cooling system, it should work nicely.

Will a Logisys 480W ATX Power Supply fit?

Yes  480W   is on the smaller size. I have put together units with 1100w  in these cases

just case with 1 intake led fan and 1outtake fan screws for hdd and motherboard  and gpu that's all

Will a 120mm CPU cooler fit? I am planning on using an AMD FX 9590 which requires water cooling with at least a 120mm fan.

What type of CPU water cooling system are you using ? If you are running a 120mm remote standard type (radiator and fan at rear )  , you should have no problem .

will this case support gtx 970 11.02 inches long and 5.5 inches high?

you will have to shoe horn a 9" card into this case unless you want to break out the dremil and do a lot of cutting which I would not suggest.  this case is not made for larger cards or lots of HDDs.  it works fine and is a nice case for a BUDGET gamer or just a nice home office machine.  and I am not sure of your skills but I would not suggest more than an 8 1/2" card for most folks that don't have a lot of creativity and ability to think ouside the box.  it is a tight fit for a full ATX board.  and even for experienced people it can be a tough build.  but it does the job and is a nice case for a BUDGET build.  it is a very Light case as well so if you don't like to hear fans I would not suggest pushing this case for a high thermal system.  a mid level system would be ok.  nothing over 95W and no massive graphics cards or huge coolers

How would I go about installing a 2.5" drive even though there isn't a slot for it?

There might be holes to screw in a 2.5" from the bottom of the hard drive cage but I don't remember. Or you can always get an adapter for 2.5 to 3.5 to slide it in. All this granted that you are installing a mechanical drive, if it's an SSD you can use anything to mount it pretty much anywhere as an SSD has no moving parts, for ssds I just use Velcro.
