Does this have a place for a disk drive?

Yes, it has a single optical drive bay though some optical drives will block up to half of one of the top fan spots

What is the side window made of?

The side window is cheap, smoke colored plastic. Weaker than plexiglass and easy to scratch. I plan to replace it with tempered glass.

On one of the reviews it said that the usb 3 and 2 cords were attached. How so?

The cords/cables are attached to the panel. You just have to hook the other side of the cables to your motherboard.

can i put a micro atx motherboard in this case?

It says atx on the title.. It will fit.

Whats the rpm on the fans?

Not sure, they're super generic and cheap. I would recommend getting different ones.
