There is no on board video because if you purchase a AMD APU the video is built into that CPU chip thus not needed on your mobo!

If I had a graphics card like the gtx750 with a width of 4.38" would I still be able to fit a pci Wireless Card in the Pci slot?

If its a single plate one, meaning that its made minimal, like the ASUS GTX750-PHOC-1GD5 GeForce GTX 750, then yes your PCI Wireless will fit. However if its double it will be a close call, because even if you could get the wireless in there, it'd be pretty darn close to the card, which would make it run pretty hot.

Will this motherboard fit an AMD Athlon x4 750k cpu?

yes this Motherboard has an fm2+ socket so it will fit any CPU which states fm2 or fm2+ in the description.

Is the PCIe x16 slot here a true x16 or is it an x8 or x4 like it is on most of the older FM2 boards?

yes it is... even if you have a new gen card with x32 it will work.... all pci-e x16 cards fit this MB....
