No, Intel i5 6600K uses the LGA 1151 socket and the motherboard has the LGA 2011-3 socket. This motherboard is only compatible with the high end Intel line of processors that is the one of these two ranges: 5820K - 5960X and 6800K - 6950X.

Does this board have built in Bluetooth? It's advertised slightly in places, but not in others where it should also be listed so Im not sure if there was some typo somewhere that got out of hand or what

The manuals "STRIX X99 GAMING specifications summary"  lists a "Bluetooth v4.1, 4.0LE, 3.0+HS.

Pretty sure that means it has bluetooth.

Yes, it is the USB 3.1 port to left to the USB-c port. The face plate that come with the mother board will mark it.

Does this motherboard support Broadwell-E CPUs without needing to do a bios update?

Yes - I installed a 6850 (among other new components) and did not need to flash the BIOS. I believe this particular motherboard is a refresh done specifically for the Broadwell- E.

Assuming a 40 lane CPU, if I have two video cards in SLI, each at x16, will this affect the speed of the M.2 or will it still work at it's full x4 capacity?

No, 40 lanes of PCIe is more than enough. If you run both cards at x16 each that would use 32 lanes for PCIe. You still have 8 lanes left to use and the M.2 only uses 4 lanes and would work at its full capacity. I purchased this board about 2 weeks ago and love it. The Overclocking is great I currently have by 6800k at 4ghz with a 1.2 Voltage. I'll be trying to push it to 4.3 or 4.4 ghz soon.

Does this motherboard support the use of two M.2 SSDs like the Samsung 950 Pro in a Raid 0 configuration?

I believe it has a single M2 and a single U2 slot. However both the U2 and M2 slots share bandwidth.

So in short I do not believe it has two M2 slots for raid 0.

Mine isn't in front of me to verify at the moment though. But that's what I remember.
