Question 1

What's a good case to go with this Motherboard? I plan on doing SLI 1080's.

The Corsair 760T is the perfect case and the one I'm using for this board. The 760T is an improved case over the 750D case with better doors, a better frame, and a better IO panel. Inside my 760T case, I'm also running an EVGA CLC 280 CPU cooler and an EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 HYBRID. Everything fits perfectly with plenty of airspace around components. A larger case, like a Corsair 900D, would be unnecessary unless you are going to be running a custom loop.

Question 2

Will this board fit the  Corsair 570x case? Says board is 10.7" long (271.78mm) and the case supports 272mm. Cutting it pretty close. Has anyone tried?

The smallest case I've attempted to install it in is my Cooler Master HAF EVO. I know this only because I had to transport it during a recent hurricane and transferred it from a Thermal Take The Tower to the EVO box. Doesn't fit perfect, can't install back plate and some screws were at an angle but, all that considered, it still made a nice little mobile home for it. Be careful not to damage the motherboard when screwing it down, definitely will not fit properly, but is smaller than most eatx boards.

Does this have the space to support 4 1080ti video cards in sli on the motherboard?

Yeah, sort of,  plus "it depends". I am running three in the top three main PCI slots. There's a small PCI slot, but the 1080ti will cover it. You can't really use it, anyway, because you're going to be tight on PCI lanes and you'll probably want to reallocate the lanes to the small slot. As far as a fourth goes, here's the issue: if you use an air cooled card, you will cover the row of connectors across the bottom and you won't be able to connect to any of them. Since this includes the front panel controls, usb's, a lot of the fan connections etc, this is an issue. If you're going all water cooled, and you get the right setup, it will be thin enough that you can still get to the bottom row of connectors with the fourth card in. However, running all four slots will leave some of them with a fairly narrow PCI connection. If you're doing this for video, it's a questionable decision. If it's for mining, it probably won't matter. What you're going to have to do is get the thinnest water cooled setup you can and probably do a test fit to make sure you can still hook up your fans and front panel stuff. Oh, and dl the manual and do a PCI lane budget to make sure you can run all the SATA drives and M2's you're going to want along with the four video cards.
