What computer case is the best for this MB?

This motherboard will comfortably fit in any standard mid-tower or full tower case. I would not put it in a mini tower although you could try to cram it in there. It is a full-size ATX motherboard. More than likely the limiting factor on space is going to be if you use one of the high end large video cards, it may require extra space. I installed mine into an older antec 900 case and it fit just fine.

Are the ports on the motherboard labeled?

No. It is important to keep the user manual handy when assembling the PC system. The manual is well documented and explains the portsl. Page 1 of the manual labels each port by number, and describes the port functions in the pages to follow.

How high can you OC your CPU stable?

I've only dared to take mine to 4.9ghz at 1.325 volts. I'm sure i can go much farther, but it's all about the processor. You could spend 700 dollars on a motherboard, but if your processor comes from the factory with less build quality, overclocking will not be the same for you as it was for others.

Is anyone else having trouble booting up this mobo? mine just blinks red and I get no signal to my monitor.

Yes, I had this problem. I have a 7700K processor and that processor is rated for use with DDR4-2400 memory, but I had 3300 memory sticks installed. When I installed 2400 memory sticks, everything was perfectly fine. I think you have to do some form of overclocking in order to use the 3300 memory.

Do you have to update Bios to use a Kabylake I5 7600k? Or can you use kabylake out the box?

I use this board with a Kabylake i7 7700k and didn't need a BIOS update, so you should be good. This board iirc came out for the 7th gen processors. If you bought the 8th gen Coffee Lake processors you probably would need a BIOS update.

is the EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0 compatible with this motherboard?

I can't speak to this particular EVGA model, but I am running a NVIDIA GTX 1080 on this motherboard and it is performing wonderfully.

So does it come with the Intel Z270 processor?

The z270 chipset is part of this board yes... But it is not the CPU if that is what you are wondering, you need to buy an intel skylake or kabylake processor to use with the motherboard.

You cannot use the actual slot present that is located UNDER THE IO HEAT SHROUD. It does NOT have a locking hole. Furthermore you would need to remove the shroud to even attempt to access the slot.

Can you use the new Kaby Lake processors with this mobo?

I will say this. I am running a Kaby Lake i7-7700k in this motherboard. However, i would highly suggest installing the P1.3 bios revision. Lowered my temps by about 30 degrees when browsing UEFI. Also allowed much better overclocking at much more reasonable temperatures.
