Question 1

The motherboard has built in graphics, will this conflict with a gtx 1660 video card? is there a way to shut off the on board graphics, so there wont be an issue?

The onboard graphics it's referring to would be the graphics chip normally provided by the CPU, not the motherboard itself - it just has the connections to support it. The motherboard has an option (that I think turns on by default when you install a GPU) to completely disable the CPU's onboard graphics however. In any case, it'll support a GTX 1660 just fine.

Question 2

if the motherboard lights up but will not turn on, does that mean it is definitely the motherboard that is bad?

There are a lot of red lights on my motherboard that just came on, but it works fine for me.  I'd guess that there are certain LED lights somewhere that provide some troubleshooting insight, which hopefully is detailed in the manual somewhere.  But the answer to your question is no, just having lights on does not appear to indicate the motherboard is bad.

Question 3

Could the motherboard support AMD Ryzen Processors?

The LGA 1151 is an Intel only socket type. Filter your motherboard search to, for example AM4, to fit the need of a Ryzen 2600X. I am using a random, but specific series of Ryzen. At this moment, Ryzen's are only on AM4, but you would want to check the compatibility of the motherboard, as a 1900 Ryzen was released well before the 2600X, and may require a BIOS update to support.

Can I put a 2070 Super in this?

Almost certainly. I have a 2070 (non-super) in mine and the 2070 Super doesn't have any changes that would make it incompatible. Just be sure to use the PCIe x16 closest to the processor (PCIE2). I'm not sure if using the other x16 slot will slow it down, but I would avoid it. The manual is available from ASRock's support page for it, I'd link it but Newegg doesn't allow links.

does this support 9th gen out of box?

Just like the past 3 answers, it should support the 9th gen out of the box. I ordered mine with a 9600K and worked without the need for an 8th gen to perform the update. I would note that there were updates available at the time of assembly, but not to the point that the 9th gen didn't work.

Question 6

Sorry for the newb question, but I noticed that the specs list DDR4 memory speeds all the way up to 4300, but have (OC) next to it.  Non-OC stops at 2666.  I have two questions: Can I run a 4300 MHz DIMM at 4300 without overclocking? And can a 4300 MHz DIMM be run at 2666 MHz?

NO. 2666Mhz is the standard top speed for non OC for DDR4 memory. Any speeds above are only overclocked ones. Another thing is that is is not difficult to do and it is straight forward setting in motherboard configuration (BIOS or UEFI whatever they call this MB interface now).
Last point to mention is that RAM speeds above 3000-3200 does not add up significant increase in overall perfomance, so it is barely worth it.

Will it work with 4K monitor (at 60Hz)?

It's more dependent on the graphics card you're using, but even the integrated graphics on the Intel processor you'll be using supports 4k @ 60hz.  You'll have a hard time actually getting anywhere near decent performance unless you get a proper GPU though.

How is the range/distance with bluetooth?

Hard to give exact numbers, but it's been pretty solid for me. Never had a connection issue within the same room; I was even using a wireless controller downstairs once while streaming to the TV and it was mostly solid apart from one hiccup within a few hours.

Will Asus Aura components sync with this motherboard?

Far as I know, Asus Aura only works with Asus board only. I saw a review of some on complaining that the liquid cooler from Asus did not work with this none Asus mother board. I believe it works only with ROG models. But, I am not sure of that part. But do know that it only works with Asus MoBo.
