Would you please recommend some RAM that'll work with this motherboard? It has all of the features I want in a microATX format. The RAM I tried (item N82E16820239826) was not recognized. Thank you. David

You need to make sure that you get ECC Unbuffered memory. I'm using 4GB modules in mine, (item N82E16820148710), but there's no reason the 8GB modules of the same type (item N82E16820191592) shouldn't work. I'm pretty sure the module you linked does not have ECC. Hope that helps!

will this support any OS?

How do I disable the built on pc speaker? The manual doesn't make this clear.

Header JD1 directly below the speaker should have a jumper on the last 2 pins. Removing that should force it to use those external speaker pins (pins 4-7 on that header), which you can just not plug anything into.

Does this mainboard support Broadwell processors?

I doubt it. You should probably do some research, but from what little I've found I don't think the C224 chipset is compatible with Broadwell processors.
