Yes, this board is compatible with all of the E5-26xx v3 and E5-16xx v3 Xeons.  This would include the E5-2620 v3.

Question 2

Can anyone tell me what ATX power supply you used?  Seems like the board requires an SSI EPS 12v compatible one and I'm having trouble finding a PSU which meets this spec.

This worked with the Supermicro PSU that came in the supermicro server chassis.  It essentially needs a 24 pin cable and 8 pin power cable.

I have to use it as a Workstation "now". Is it possible that a  Asus PH-GTX1050TI-4G Nvidia GeForce PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card makes problem with this board? Thanks in advance

I already use a Hewlett-Packard AMD FirePro W2100 an happy with the result But the card is x8. That's right. Card with a x16 lane in an x8 lane slot will slow card's performance down. I need it for video edit. May be I will be happy with the performance result, otherwise card will return to seller. Thanks for the quick answer. :)

The Xeon E5-2670 you specify is a Sandy Bridge-EP LGA 2011 socket processor. This is a Haswell/Broadwell E/EP LGA 2011-V3 motherboard. They are unfortunately not compatible. If you want something to stick that E5-2670 in, look for a "C602" or "X79" motherboard. Also look at used Dell, HP, and Lenovo workstations that specify C602 chipset. You are going to need a motherboard that supports DDR3,  another thing to look for when purchasing. Good luck!

Will this work with a Xeon E5 2630 v4? The Supermicro website states that they have new boards out and this is one of the ones that works with it, but it requires BIOS v2.0 for it to work and I don't know if Newegg has the most up to date version of this motherboard (same model number).

I don't think so. All you need is the new bios. Intel always do tick-tock change with Haswell (E5-v3/HSX) being the tock, and Broadwell  (E5-v4/BDX). HSX & BDX motherboard should be compatible.

But it does need bios new bios to recognize the proper CPU.

If anything can be hardware related, it would be the supported memory speed. HSX's top speed is 2133 and BDX's is 2400. Hence, there might be a chance that the motherboard you will be limited to HSX's memory speed if the motherboard was not designed to support 2400.

Yes, this motherboard will work with your E5-2620 v4. Old inventory with BIOS that doesn't support v4 processors should be long gone.
