Does this version of the Motherboard support the E5-2600 V4 CPU's?

Yes. Please take a look at the Supermicro site. As long as the board has BIOS been 2.0 or above, it will. Make sure the vendor doesn't ship a board with an old BIOS. Before you insert your CPU, call Supermicro tech support and give them the board's serial number. They can verify that the BIOS correct.

Question 2

How much current can the fan headers supply?  My case has a Supermicro FAN-0138L4 mid-case fan (among others) and I'd like to plug it into header Fan A.  The fan draws 2.4 amps max.  Will that be okay? Thanks

If you need to run that much current for the fan then I'd use a pwm fan so you can run off the m/b's pwm signal while getting power from your power supply. Most pwm fans come with a signaling wire, so look for that on newegg. Tuning the Supermicro X10sri-f's pwm fan control is a bit of a pain, but if it's in a server room I guess one wouldn't care.

Has anyone run Windows 10 on this motherboard?  The Supermicro compatibility matrix does not show Win10 compatibility

I have been running Windows 10 Pro/64 bit from the time that it came out.  No detectable issues other than I'm not a big fan of Windows 10.

Anyone find a CPU cooler for this thing? The Intel STS200C does NOT fit. This socket seems much more narrow that other motherboards of this socket type.

I would like to use pci video board (nvidia). I can not get the system to post to the pci video board. Is it possible to set the bios or something to post to the pci video board?

No problems getting the PNY video card to work with the X10SRi.  Did you load the correct Video card drivers for your operating system?  I used the built in VGA port on the motherboard to get the OS loaded - really handy.  I'm using the DisplayPort video port on the PNY just to check it out - works good but I'm not a gamer.

Have problems with CPU heat sink PWM fan oscillating but still working on it.  Tried to install Creative Labs Audigy Rx sound card and can't get it to work but it may not be compatible - still working on it.

the literature talks about 8 X usb 3.0 at the rear.
